Entrepreneurial companies often have multiple bosses because of the pressure of capital, and most of them are collective decisions because of the human relationship in the entrepreneurial process. In the process of transforming ideas into specific projects, too many ideas brought about by joint decisions will impede implementation. The speed of development often restricts the progress of start-up companies, and the majority of votes are not necessarily more accurate than personal accuracy. It is better to make the project lighter and easier to go into action, to ensure a clear division of work among the teams, to ensure the speed of execution, to let the market and users check, and then to constantly revise and accumulate experience. There is always a gap in the market, because you never think you are the smartest person in the world. There must be someone smarter than you, and there must be someone doing something similar to you at the same time.
