Gray customs clearance is used to pport goods into the market at a price lower than the statutory tariff.
Although this brings high profits to enterprises, there is no high level of risk of goods being detained because there is no formal customs declaration document.
Since 2004, tens of millions of dollars of Chinese goods have been seized every year in the inventory. In 2008, the inventory of the Chinese market was seized and the value of Chinese goods valued at US $2 billion 100 million was seized.

New way of docking new market from waiting orders to active attack
Transfer the market, but how to dock? "Can no longer sit back as usual, and find new ways to connect with customers."
In November 21, 2009, invested more than 3000 yuan, the "Chengdu shoe factory export order center Chengdu shoe city" officially opened in Guangzhou, and the goal of Chengdu shoe industry's "local construction base, coastal window building, overseas terminal building and domestic sales brand building" was initially realized.
As the first registered entrepreneur, Liu Dejian entered the shoe city of Chengdu and set up a company office in Guangzhou.
In that winter, 80% of Chengdu shoe enterprises fell to about 70%-80% of Russian orders.
Every entrepreneur realizes that change is a must, but in the face of the "big trade mode" which has almost never been involved, how to turn it into everyone's confusion at that time.

From any time to inquire about the recent needs of customers, and to make satisfactory products in accordance with the requirements of the other party, Liu De sees constantly improving the R & D and production capacity of shoe manufacturers.
European and American customers value the production line very much. Liu Dejian adjusted the original manual production line to the full production line to meet the needs of customers.
Today, Liu Dejian's factory already has two production lines and a half production line.
At the beginning of next year, two full line production lines will be added. By then, the capacity will increase from 1 million pairs this year to 1 million 500 thousand pairs.
The process of "big trade" is very standardized, and the ten days after delivery will be able to get all the money, but starting capital is the key.
Liu Dejian said that Chengdu footwear enterprises usually invest in land, build factories and buy equipment, so that they often run out of funds and leave the company with no cash flow, which is a big taboo in "big trade".
