Wang Guoquan: with the gradual recovery of the global economy, the domestic shoe machine market is showing signs of warming this year. The sales volume of most of the enterprises in the industry has improved greatly. The product market from design, parts to finished products has improved compared with last year, especially cotton fabric equipment.
Since then, the general situation of shoe-making market is relatively optimistic, basically restored to the level before the economic crisis, but compared with the peak period of 2005 and 2006, there is still a long way to go. By July this year, the market has basically reached saturation.
Of course, the recovery of shoe machine market is only a whole, not all enterprises can recover.
The leading enterprises with independent intellectual property rights and core technologies have recovered faster and occupied a larger market share. Some small and medium-sized enterprises with insufficient internal strength are hard to survive even under the high market conditions.
At the same time, with the improvement of economic prosperity index, there are also some bad phenomena inside the industry.
First, during the crisis, many shoe factories closed down or lay off workers in large numbers. After the market became warmer, recruitment difficulties and shortage of skilled workers forced factories to use a lot of novice.

In the increasingly competitive market situation, it is crucial to have independent intellectual property rights and core technology.
Emma NC's leading position in the field of leather application software is not only overnight, but has gone through a long-term accumulation process.
Specifically, the advantages of our company are mainly in two aspects. The first is that we have a long time in the industry, we know more about customer demand information, and can timely tailor the right products according to the needs of customers. Second, we have first-class domestic staff, and I have run shoe factories, and I often share the same with shoes factory owners and workers, so I can understand the market information for the first time.
Third, we are very concerned about the scientific and technological developments in developed countries such as Europe and the United States. We can basically catch up with the latest technology information.
In fact, the technology of domestic related enterprises is of great homogeneity. The difference of technology between us is very small. The focus of competition is mainly on the understanding of customer needs and the positioning of technology.

Wang Guoquan: internationalization is a hot topic of domestic enterprises nowadays. Many large enterprises have taken a larger share of the domestic market and sought to expand their foreign markets.
The internationalization of Emma NC is not so different from that of other companies. It has also undergone a general process of first output and localization.
Now our products are designed according to the requirements of the global vision. They will take into account the differences in voltage, usage environment, national standards and laws and policies in different countries, such as those in Europe and the United States demanding high quality products, while the situation in Asian countries is very different from that in China.
At the same time, our software can provide language versions of 15 countries.
To be a world-class company, we still have a long way to go. We will continue to work hard.

Reporter: in the face of the coming of technology flat and software flat, what are the new moves of Emma numerical control in promoting the industry upgrading of leather industry?
Wang Guoquan: now everyone is talking about brand, talking about pformation, talking about domestic sales, but simply ignore the importance of technology.
In fact, how can there be good products without technology, how can there be good brands without good products, and how to pform and occupy the domestic market? Many industrial bases are engaged in brand alliances, such as Sichuan Baigou and Huadu Shiling. The key problem is that only with core technology can we make breakthroughs. Whether brand or design, if there is no technology to support, it is very difficult to develop.
At present, with the rapid progress of technology, the whole industry has undergone profound changes.
Now, almost all of our shoe machines have achieved automation and intelligence. One worker can operate four or five machines at the same time, which saves labor costs greatly.
Many people in the leather industry have always held the view that domestic labour is cheap and the cost of buying machines is too high. It is better to use manual production all the time. This is a very conservative and harmful idea.
Our machine can not only run continuously for 24 hours, but it can't be done by human beings at any rate, and now the machine is more and more easy to operate.
The machine has another obvious advantage, which is the incomparable efficiency of the manual. For example, an order from the customer to your next one hundred thousand belts will require delivery within three days. This is something that many manufacturers can not accomplish. But if you use four or five machines, you only need one or two people to take turns to operate, and you can finish production in a single day.
Efficiency is the life of an enterprise.
Some people worry that the replacement of machines will lead to a rise in unemployment rate. In fact, this is just a worrying idea.
From the perspective of the history of world industrial development, the popularization and application of science and technology will eventually liberate mankind from heavy labor, at the same time, it can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce enterprise risks, and even have important significance for adjusting industrial structure.
At the same time, the demand for the quality of the labor force will be raised, and more skilled workers, rather than ordinary workers, will be needed.
The design industry is at a stage of heavy accumulation and heavy responsibilities.
Reporter: we understand that you have been engaged in shoemaking industry for more than 25 years, several ups and downs, and travel in more than 30 advanced countries all over the world. These are the few businessmen who can have the two thinking modes of the East and the west at the same time. What do you think of the location of leather products design in the world? What are your suggestions on how to improve the design level of leather products in China?
Wang Guoquan: I personally feel that the whole design industry in our country is still at a stage of intensive development. Although there has been some progress, there is still a certain gap compared with the advanced countries.
As far as our company is concerned, it is at the middle and upper level in China, but the international estimate is only five or six.
At present, there are two main defects in the domestic design industry. One is that the overall quality of the employees is not high enough, and the works that can be placed on the table are few. Secondly, the price of the domestic design is too low, which leads to the lack of vitality in the whole industry.
Everything needs to be looked ahead. First of all, we should be mindset. Because design needs long-term accumulation, basic research and development is the main body, while domestic enterprises like to take shortcuts, which is easy to ignore.
Secondly, product design should be linked to brand and sales, and design suitable products according to market demand.
To sum up, by 2015, that is, in 12th Five-Year, we should strive to achieve 35 international level.
