He pointed out that from the perspective of the "12th Five-Year plan", we did not expect the scale of the textile industry to grow too fast and the volume of exports to be the same, but not for all industries. The scale of traditional industries will be limited, and new industries and new materials industries will be encouraged.

According to Yang Zengxing, general manager of Carle Meyer (China) Limited, Future Ltd will increase investment in R & D, and the proportion of R & D investment will increase from 8% to 10%.

Karl Mayer (China) has invested 5 million euros in the establishment of a R & D center, and has a R & D team of 300 people. The annual R & D investment is 30 million euros.

Such a large investment in research and development will be used to develop more scientific and technological models and varieties that are more suitable for the Chinese market.

Yang Zengxing is not worried about the return on investment. He said: "80% of the world's warp knitting industry is in China. In other countries such as India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, warp knitting industry is developing, and the order quantity of warp knitting machine is also rising, but it can not be compared with China. Their annual orders will only increase by 100~200."

Moreover, Yang Zengxing believes that the competition in warp knitting industry will become more intense in the future, and the demand for warp knitting machines with higher technology content will also increase.

This view has also been recognized by several manufacturers of warp knitting equipment in China. Changde textile machinery, Changzhou eight spinning machine, Changzhou five textile machine and Changzhou Run Yuan spinning machine all regard "technological innovation" as the core of the company's future development.

In order to meet the rapid development of warp knitting industry, China Knitting Industry Association, including warp knitting sub branch, has also introduced some new measures in organization and management.

In the recently convened General Assembly of warp knitting industry, the warp knitting industry alliance was established, which ensured the technological innovation, product development and market development of the industry, and realized system integration at the same time.

Chen Nanliang, a professor at the Textile College of Donghua University, said that the development of warp knitting has been linked to chemical filament. Short fiber is unable to overcome a series of problems such as hairiness and static electricity, so it is used less. However, chemical fiber products are not consistent with people's wearing habits after all.

In the field of knitted underwear, weft knitted has occupied for a long time, but weft knitted fabric is not good in shape. Warp knitting has an advantage in this respect. Therefore, many underwear enterprises are eager for the emergence of warp knitted fabrics.

Chen Nanliang said that although short fibers have various difficulties in warp knitting technology, they will not be easy to do in the future, and they will be difficult to do. In this respect, there is little development abroad at present. A breakthrough in this area also means that they have reached the leading position in the world.

Industrial use is the fastest growing area of our warp knitting industry, but experts have found that the overall level is not high and is still in the 90s level of the international century.

Xu Fan, China's chief representative of the International Association of industrial textiles, said that Chinese warp knitting enterprises should give full play to their imagination in product development, and the use of warp knitted products in the industrial textile industry abroad is very extensive. However, China is still limited to some aspects, and the product development has not been expanded to see what others do to earn money and what they do.

Chen Nanliang also expressed a similar view, for example, he said, "in the shipbuilding industry, many of the United States uses warp knitted fabrics, and most of them are weaving in China."

After several years of tracking, Chen Nanliang found that the financial crisis has caused many foreign warp knitting enterprises to fall down. Some of these enterprises are high-end, but the impact of the financial crisis on Chinese warp knitting enterprises is not so great. With the pfer of international procurement to China, the domestic warp knitting industry has to go up and not stay at the low end, so that we can truly seize the opportunity.
