The Hubei electric power company will strictly follow the provincial government's principle of "multiple guarantees and less restrictions", and adopt the way of using demand side management to urge the industrial enterprises to peak the electricity supply. In particular, it will limit the use of electricity in overcapacity industries such as high energy consuming enterprises and small chemical fertilizers. According to the analysis of the rapidly declining electricity coal inventory and rising electricity demand, it is estimated that by the end of this month, the total daily electricity coal shortfall will reach 30 thousand tons, which will be 60 million kwh.
