Next Year, Copyright Registration Will Start Online Database.

Next year, our county will launch the pattern database, which is the first in the history of intellectual property protection in China.

Insiders say that because of the pattern of the warrant and the pattern database, there is a record of two copyrighted people.

Pattern copyright registration has been accepted manually, and with the increasing number of registrations, the comparison has become more and more difficult. A little carelessness will lead to duplicate registration. In order to change this situation, our county began to design the pattern database, and put the registered patterns into the database by the copyright registration management protection office. The provincial copyright bureau gave full affirmation to this county's practice and decided to start the pattern database of our county from the beginning of next year.

According to the relevant person in charge of the registration office of pattern copyright, opening the pattern database can save the time of copyright registration. Due to the increasing number of registration patterns, the registration period of copyright registration usually takes 2 weeks in the second half of this year. After sharing the same pattern database with our county, the provincial copyright bureau can save the time of pattern comparison. After that, the copyright registration can be completed one week in advance.

At present, there are 4000 registered copyright data entry databases.
