Second construction drawings

Third party A's work

Fourth article B work

5. for the relevant matters in the construction process, such as the entry of materials, the acceptance of the concealed works, the completion and acceptance, etc., which need confirmation by the first party, the necessary preparation time shall be given in time.

6. strictly enforce the provisions of the construction site management, do not nuisance and pollute the environment, ensure the cleanliness of the construction site, after the completion of the project is responsible for cleaning the construction site.

7. before the completion of the project, the site facilities and finished products shall be protected.

Fifth article about construction period

(4) the delay of the construction period or the waste of testing time caused by the adoption of new materials or new processes by Party A's consent;

(5) other circumstances agreed upon by both parties as agreed by the two parties.

Sixth article on the supply and storage of materials

1. the materials and equipment provided by any party must be qualified products conforming to the laws and regulations, and must meet the standards and design requirements stipulated in this contract.

The supplier shall deliver the materials and equipment to the construction site on time and on a quantity basis, and notify the other party to check and confirm the signature.

2. if any material and equipment provided by one party is different from the specifications or specifications, the other party shall have the right to request the replacement, and the provider shall replace it.

The cost increase resulting from this is partly borne by the provider.

3. after entering the field, the materials and equipment shall be kept and used by Party B. if the improper waste, damage or loss due to improper storage or improper use shall be borne by Party B, the normal consumption in the course of construction shall be excluded.

The seventh item is about quality and acceptance.

3. Party A is responsible for Party A's own command of Party B's personnel or third party personnel for the quality of the works caused by the construction.

If Party B is responsible for rework, the cost of rework shall be the responsibility of Party A.

4. after the completion of the project, Party B shall inform Party A of acceptance. Party A shall organize the acceptance within the day after receiving the notice of acceptance and check the pfer procedures.

5. during acceptance, the qualified rate of the project is up to% of the gross domestic product (the ratio of the above price shall be the same). Defective products, improper use, man-made damage and damage caused by non engineering projects are not covered by the warranty.

If a state administrative department or an industrial organization has issued a specific warranty period or exemption for individual projects or materials before the signing of this contract, the provisions of the state administrative departments or industrial organizations shall prevail.

3. special expenses agreement:

(2) in the course of construction, the penalty is paid by Party B because Party B's factor is fined by the law enforcement organization or the administrative organ. If Party B's act is caused by Party A's request or command, the penalty shall be borne by Party A.

(3) the tax annexes are not included in the budgets of the annexes of the contract, and the taxes and fees shall be paid to the relevant departments by Party A according to the actual amount of taxation; the tax and fee already specified shall be borne by Party B.

(4) if the property management organization receives more than the normal pportation cost in the property area, Party A shall be responsible for negotiating or subsidize the difference to Party B.

4. Party B shall execute the project according to the budget annex signed by both parties.

If Party A adds new project, sign another contract.

In the case of money involved, Party A shall pay Party B before the acceptance of the project in accordance with the prepayment of 50% and the completion of the project by 50%.

If the material amount is greater than 50% of the item, Party A shall pay Party B the materials according to the actual proportion.

5. after acceptance of the project, Party B shall send the relevant information to Party A, and the two sides will carry out the project settlement.

If the employer has no objection within the day after receiving the information, he shall agree to make the project settlement according to the information. The two sides shall fill out the project settlement sheet and sign the contract, and Party A shall pay the Party B's works according to the agreed time limit.

The ninth project budget document (table) belongs to the appendix of this contract. The items listed in the contract are not allowed to be added randomly except after the accident.

Tenth responsibilities and penalties

1. Party B shall be responsible for construction scheduling, safety management and other matters, and other personnel, including Party A, shall not interfere unreasonably.

Party A directs workers without authorization.

2. the delay in the construction period due to the causes of Party B and his agent (representative) shall be paid to Party A for breach of contract every day for one day.

3. Party A shall be compensated for the delay due to the cause of Party A and his agent (representative).

4. if Party A fails to pay Party B's works in full in accordance with the agreed time limit, Party B shall pay the liquidated damages for Party B's deferred payment in accordance with the requirements of the company.

5. if Party A fails to process the acceptance procedures, Party A shall be responsible for the loss caused by Party A's early use or unauthorized use of the finished products.

6. when a contract is unable to continue due to one party's cause, the party shall notify the other party in time, terminate the contract, and compensate the party for the corresponding economic losses.

7. if Party B is affected by the force majeure, it shall take timely measures to avoid the loss expansion and notify Party A of the relevant circumstances.

Otherwise, the expanded portion of the loss should be liable for compensation.

The eleventh parties, if there is dispute over the execution of the contract, shall be settled amicably through negotiation: if the negotiation fails, it may be submitted to the people's court for litigation.

Twelfth supplementary provisions
