EU Announces Environmental Tax On Member States

According to the survey, the highest proportion of GDP in environmental taxes is Denmark, up to 5.72%, followed by 3.87% in Holland and 3.54% in Bulgaria.
Finland and Sweden also surpass 2.39% of the 27 member states of the European Union.
On the other hand, the lowest rate of GDP in environmental taxes is Spain, which is only 1.63%.
Including Spain, Lithuania, Romania, Greece and other 7 countries are below 2%.
The countries with lower ratios are mostly South and Eastern European countries.
The ratio of the major economies with a large scale is also low, hovering around 2%, 2.22% in Germany and 2.42% in Britain.
