Besides the heavy tax burden, the price of commercial electricity is high, the products purchased by farmers are hard to offset the value added tax, and the chain corporation is not allowed to pay taxes uniformly by the headquarters in accordance with consolidated financial statements.
Some experts pointed out that the State Council requires that all toll roads will exempt vehicles from fresh trucks loaded with fresh roads from December 1, 2010.
