First party:

In accordance with the provisions of the contract law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant regulations, Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and agrees to sign the contract on the entrusted design matters.

I. contents and requirements of the contract:

Two, design and production costs:

The total cost of design and production is RMB yuan, capital.

Three. Payment terms:

1, Party A shall pay 50% of the total cost of the design and manufacture when the contract is signed.

3, when Party B delivers the design and manufacture of printed matter to Party A, Party A shall pay the balance of the contract to Party B, that is, RMB yuan yuan (capitalization).

Four, design and production of the time and delivery mode:

1, Party B shall complete the design plan within the agreed time.

Party A may postpone the execution of the work due to the repeated modification of the party's opinions and the delay in execution of the work.

Five. Agreement on intellectual property rights:

1, Party A shall not have any right to the work unless the design fee is paid before Party B's copyright is assigned to Party B.

2. Party A will have the ownership, the right to use and the right to modify the work after the settlement of all the expenses entrusted to the design and manufacture.

Six. Rights and obligations of the two parties:

The rights of Party A:

1, Party A has the right to put forward suggestions and ideas for the design of Party B, so as to make the works designed by Party B more conforming to Party A's cultural connotation.

2, Party A has the right to make amendments to the works designed by Party B.

3. After paying all the design fees, Party A enjoys the ownership, the right to use and the right to modify the design works.

Obligations of Party A:

1, Party A has the obligation to pay the relevant fees according to the contract.

2, Party A has the obligation to provide relevant business information or other relevant information to Party B;

Party B's rights:

1, Party B has the right to require Party A to provide relevant information.

2, Party B has the right to require Party A to pay the corresponding amount according to the contract.

3. Party B has copyright in the design works, and has the right to request Party A not to use the design before it is paid.

Obligations of Party B:

1, Party B shall carry out the work design in accordance with the requirements of Party A.

2, Party B shall deliver the design according to the contract.

Seven, liability for breach of contract:

1. Party A terminates the contract before the completion of the first draft of the design work. The prepaid expenses have no right to request the return; Party A terminates the contract after the first draft of the work is completed.

The full design cost shall be paid.

2, if Party B fails to terminate the contract without proper reasons, all fees collected should be returned to Party A.

Eight, the contract becomes effective:

This contract is made in two copies, each party holding one party's signature contract, which has the same legal effect.

This contract shall come into force on the date of signature and seal.
