The logistics industry adjustment and revitalization plan, one of the ten major industry revitalization plans, has not been promulgated since March 2009 when the State Council issued the relevant rules for supporting the further development of the logistics industry.

Substantially reduce taxes

In terms of land policy, Geng Shuhai said that the rules increased the support of land policies on the basis of increasing land intensive use. The government's supply of logistics land should be included in the annual supply plan, while supporting the utilization of some stock land resources of existing industrial enterprises to develop the logistics industry, and using some old factories to develop the logistics industry.
