    In Orange Hotel, there are many exquisite designs, and designers play a very important role.

    However, the aesthetic and value orientation of the hotel will involve me.

    I make judgments based on customer experience and communicate with designers.

    After the launch of the oranges crystal foundation shop this year, we took many people to experience the visit.

    One of my ideas - putting the bathtub in front of the French windows and matching the electric drapes is very popular.

    Our designers are all foreigners. They say that the Chinese people have been so open. This is a cross-cultural problem.

    Business is taboo for art and art, for design, for technology and technology, which is why many businesses die.

    But designers are artists. We must think about this.

    For me, designers are responsible for customers' applause, and I and other employees are responsible for letting customers know where to go.

    The decision to make Orange Hotel in 2006 is very important because it gives me a new challenge.

    It is a good feeling to make a thing bigger from scratch. It can give full play to and express its thoughts and will.

    At that time, I thought to myself the way out was: if I fail, I will work again.

    In this way, I am a casual person.


    Frankly speaking, Orange Hotel should not be my end.

    I think everyone has their own specialties. My expertise may be more fond of pondering and innovation, but once the company is stabilized, the people who can keep their jobs can do better than I do, and I may be able to come up with ideas.

    But one thing I believe is that Orange Hotel will definitely become one of the most successful things in my life.


    I have two motto: one is the winner, Wang Hou is the loser; the two is to be a bitch and not to build a memorial archway.
