The comparison test was commissioned by the China Consumers Association to test the quality inspection and testing center of the China Federation of Commerce and textiles (Tianjin).

According to the standards, it is mainly GB5296.4-1998 "instructions on the use of textiles and clothing for consumer goods", GB18401-2003 "basic safety technical specification for national textile products", GB/T22704-2008 "implementation specification for design and production of children's clothing for improving mechanical safety" and "product standard".

The test items include: mandatory standard index color fastness (dry friction, sweat resistance, water resistance, saliva), formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable aromatic amine dye, commodity use instructions; clothing performance indicators include wash size change rate, color fastness (washability, moisture resistance, light fastness), pilling, fiber content, button detachment strength, button sewing strength, pants crotch seam strength, packaging safety hazard and hint comparison.

The overall quality of this comparative test sample is good.

The comparative test results showed that the safety performance requirements of the national mandatory standards were formaldehyde content, odor, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, color fastness (dry friction, sweat resistance, water resistance, saliva), and conventional quality indicators, fiber content, color fastness (washing and wet rubbing) all met the relevant standard requirements.

The main problems in this comparative test are water washing size change rate, pH value and commodity usage instructions.

The results of this comparative test show that the color fastness to light is all over 4 grade, and the quality is very good. The sewing strength of buttons is in accordance with the requirements of standard FZ/T73025-2006 grade "infant knitted dress", which should be greater than or equal to 30N.

The index was tested on 5 samples from 20 samples of the comparative test. The maximum value was 160N, the minimum value was 78N, all of them met the standard requirements. This comparative test has 15 samples of grade 3 and above, the best is grade 4; 5 samples are below 3 level, among which a brand of children underwear test is 1.5, which is the worst among all the test samples, and the pilling is more serious.
