Optimization, high proportion of modified components online addition and high efficiency dispersion, hydrophilic polyester system stable spinning, fiber morphology and mechanical properties control, 1,3- propylene glycol high activity and highly selective catalytic system controllable amplification preparation, PTT polyester continuous polymerization, energy saving and emission reduction in PET and PTA production process, and other key technologies restricting super cotton imitation polyester fiber industrialization, as well as super Imitation cotton fiber spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing and surface treatment technology, etc., to achieve large-scale industrialization preparation of super cotton imitation PET fiber and industrialization of domestic PTT fiber, and establish a super Imitation cotton polyester technology innovation chain and industrialization technology integration system from raw materials to textiles, as well as product evaluation methods and standards, and develop a series of products to achieve market application. The overall goal of the project is to overcome the molecular structure and system composition of the super cotton like PET polyester.
At present, the super Imitation cotton polyester varieties are mainly classified into three categories: high hydrophilic, hydrophilic fine denier and easy to stain. The development of these three kinds of filament and staple fiber basically covers the key common technologies to achieve super cotton imitation, and the goal is to replace cotton yarn and cotton fiber. In addition to the development of fiber function, the key point of the development of super Imitation cotton polyester industrialization technology lies in the industrialization of continuous high polymerization polyester fiber through the stable addition and controllable polymerization of high proportion modified components in the industrial continuous spinning device. The technology and application of super Imitation cotton are expected to replace millions of tons of cotton, effectively alleviate the demand for textile materials for cotton fiber, and alleviate the serious competition in polyester polyester industry and the low added value of textile products.
