The Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the General Administration of customs and the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine and other relevant units, relevant associations and enterprise representatives attended the launching ceremony.

At the launch ceremony, representatives of the business association read out the industry quality undertaking and announced the first batch of list of trustworthy and law-abiding enterprises to export to Africa.

The representatives of the participating enterprises indicated that they would actively fulfill their industry commitments and do well in non export work.

The main contents of the undertaking are: enhancing the sense of good faith management, enhancing the awareness of protecting intellectual property rights, resolutely eliminating fake and inferior products and projects, increasing publicity and strengthening corporate social responsibility.

In recent years, China's scale of imports and exports to Africa has expanded rapidly, and the quality of commodities has gradually improved. However, there are also some cases and problems of counterfeiting and infringement of intellectual property rights to non export commodities.

In order to increase the protection of intellectual property rights, rectify and standardize the non export order and promote the healthy development of Sino African Economic and trade relations, from December 2010 to March 2011, the eight departments of the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of industry and information technology, Ministry of public security, General Administration of customs, SAIC, qqq and intellectual property Bureau jointly launched special campaigns to combat counterfeit goods and infringing intellectual property rights in Africa in combating intellectual property rights and manufacturing and selling fake and shoddy commodities.

The main objectives of the special governance are to enhance the awareness of the overall situation, integrity, quality and knowledge of the export enterprises in Africa, and consciously assume the first responsibility to protect the intellectual property rights of the export commodities in Africa, and create a good atmosphere for "counterfeiting and protecting knowledge" in the whole society, so as to promote the sustained and healthy development of China Africa economic and trade relations.

The main contents of special management include: enhancing the quality inspection of key ports, guiding and managing key industries, guiding industry associations to organize industry enterprises to make industry commitments, and making efforts to put an end to counterfeiting and selling of fake and shoddy commodities. In the key areas of non export commodities, we should carry out special rectification measures such as on-site law popularization, strengthen the management of private enterprises and individual businessmen in Africa, and put forward and handle a number of key supervision cases; introduce a group of trustworthy and law-abiding enterprises; and strengthen publicity efforts to fight against fake knowledge in Africa.

Sino African friendship has a long history.

In recent years, trade between China and Africa has increased rapidly, and the quality of our export commodities has gradually increased.

But at the same time, the phenomenon of non export counterfeit goods and infringing intellectual property rights has occurred frequently, which not only restricts the long-term development of enterprises, but also damages the overall image of Chinese products and enterprises in Africa.

In accordance with the overall arrangement of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of foreign affairs, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of public security, the General Administration of customs, and other ministries and commissions, the general plan for the special control of export counterfeit goods and goods infringing intellectual property rights in Africa has been carried out. In order to safeguard the image of Chinese products, protect the rights and interests of most legitimate operators and promote the normal development of Sino African Economic and trade relations, the import and export chambers of Commerce, contractors and foreign investment associations have made the following commitments:

First, enhance the sense of good faith management.

Continue to carry out credit evaluation work in the industry, promote good faith publicity, set up the core values of honesty and trustworthiness of enterprises, and recommend a number of high-quality enterprises including exports to Africa.

Two, enhance the awareness of protecting intellectual property rights.

Strictly abide by intellectual property protection countries

The Convention and related laws are far away from piracy and infringement.

Adhere to independent innovation and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.

Refusing to produce and accept the entrusted production and operation of infringing products.

Three, resolutely put an end to shoddy products and projects.

In accordance with the foreign trade law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, and the regulations on the implementation of the import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China, no production and operation of fake and inferior products shall be made, so as to eliminate shoddy products, guarantee the quality of products and projects, and raise the grade of products and engineering services.

Four, step up publicity efforts.

The key markets and key country products quality and safety manuals should be issued, and training efforts should be strengthened to guide enterprises to further optimize the quality and grade of non export products and create new advantages for non exports.
