According to the textile industry "12th Five-Year" outline of scientific and technological progress, in 12th Five-Year, China will promote the automation, digitalization and information production technology of garment enterprises. By 2015, the penetration rate of clothing CAD will reach over 30%, the CAM penetration rate will reach more than 15%, and the RFID penetration rate will reach 20%.
Textile MES will be popularized and applied in key cotton mills and knitting factories in China. IOT technology will reach 30% of the key industrial clusters in the apparel and home textile industries.
The textile ERP software with the conditions of industrialization promotion will focus on the promotion of large and medium-sized textile enterprises, and enable it to integrate with other major information systems of enterprises. By 2015, the number of SME information management service platform in typical industrial cluster enterprises has reached 1.
Despite the pressure of the economic slowdown in 2009 and the gradual appreciation of the RMB, the performance of China's textile industry has reached the best level in history: in 2010, the sales revenue of the whole industry exceeded 4 trillion yuan, and the export exceeded 200 billion dollars, and its profit exceeded 200 billion yuan.
Deputy director Wu Di also said that at present, China's textile industry is still facing three challenges: RMB appreciation, unstable international market demand and rising labor costs. China's textile enterprises must meet these challenges by adjusting the industrial structure and changing production mode, including four measures to speed up scientific and technological progress, promote brand building, promote industrial pfer and find new growth points.
"These four measures require the simultaneous promotion of enterprise informatization."
Deputy director Wu Di also revealed that at present, there are more than 5.7 enterprises in China's textile enterprises above designated size. At present, the ERP penetration rate of the entire textile industry is still relatively low. During the 12th Five-Year, in terms of textile ERP promotion, foreign ERP manufacturers such as SAP, Intex, Rusheng and other domestic ERP manufacturers such as UFIDA, golden butterfly, and domestic manufacturers specializing in ERP development of textile and garment industry have great room for development.
