The Handover Of The Social Functions Of Xi'An Textile Group Is In Place
February 18th, Xi'an, Shaanxi Spin The signing ceremony of the pfer of social functions and non operating assets to the Baqiao district by the Refco Group Ltd and its four enterprises was officially held.
Dong Jun, deputy head of the CPC Xi'an Municipal Committee and head of the comprehensive development leading group of the Textile City area, pointed out at the signing ceremony that doing well the handover work is of great practical significance for promoting the healthy development of Xi'an Textile Group, speeding up the comprehensive pformation of the Textile City area and improving the living standard of the workers and staff members.
He hoped that the two sides and the relevant departments should support each other, closely cooperate with each other, implement specific measures, and discharge work schedules, so that the Xi'an Textile Group's social functions and non operating assets will be handed over to the public at an early date.
Xi'an Textile Group is from Xi'an Sanmian, Xi'an four cotton, Xi'an six cotton and Xi'an Xinlong.

At present, Xi'an Textile Group is also undertaking the functions of enterprises in running the society, managing the non operating assets such as hospitals, kindergartens and other social public service facilities and living areas, and has borne heavy burdens.
In order to continuously deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, Xi'an decided to pfer the social functions and non operating assets of Xi'an textile group enterprises to local governments.

Industry and trade
4 companies run social functions and non operating assets pferred to the Baqiao district government.
The social functions and non operating assets of the enterprises pferred include 4 life service companies and 17 non legal entities (including the assets of the trade union in living areas), 3 kindergartens, 4 hospitals and 12 independent legal persons, involving 130 square meters of area, 11000 households and more than 17600 employees.
It is understood that the handover is the largest local state-owned enterprise in Shaanxi province to handle social functions and non operating assets.
After the pfer, the non operating assets will be managed by the newly established Xi'an textile city life Service Management Co., Ltd.
The Comprehensive Development Office of Baqiao city and the Textile City area will speed up the pformation of the old town of textile city and provide good social public services and living environment for the masses in the region.
