(ISO) continuously release the second part of the test standard for textile antifungal performance, two standard test methods for textile fabric antistatic performance test standards.

This series of standards is used to determine the antifungal and antistatic properties of specific functional textiles, including woven and knitted fabrics, fibers, yarns and finished products.

Since the launch of the antiviral textile testing standard in August this year, the organization has issued three functional textile testing standards continuously.

ISO has also developed a series of functional evaluation methods including flame retardance, UV resistance, radiation protection, physiological comfort, oil repellency, water absorption and water repellency.

The publication of the three test standards of antibacterial, antistatic and antiviral marks the further improvement of the international evaluation system of functional textiles.

China is a big exporter of textiles. In the first three quarters of this year, China's textile and apparel exports totaled US $221 billion 935 million, an increase of 5.92% over the same period last year.

In the first three quarters of the Ningbo port, the export of textile yarn, fabrics and products exceeded US $13 billion 879 million, an increase of 6.77% over the same period last year.

Inspection and quarantine experts pointed out that for private small and medium enterprises (SMEs) whose main mode of operation is the processing of the raw materials and the incoming orders, the export textile products are often difficult to obtain substantial export profits due to the low added value, enhance the proportion of functional products, and enhance independent research and development, which is of great benefit to break through the export bottleneck and expand the export market.

Spot checks found that Shanghai Pishi bird Clothing Co., Ltd., Shanghai lucky woodpecker Clothing Co., Ltd., fort lion wolf Clothing Co., Ltd., Changshou City Lane Tong Yan Xiang Industrial Park gold leaf clothing, Jin Ruyi dress, Beijing Dan Shi BMW Clothing Co., Ltd., Changshou City, ancient town, Miao Quan Chun Wei garment factory and other enterprises produced 8 batches of samples do not meet the standard requirements, involving fiber content, moisture resistance color fastness and other items are not up to standard.

Baoji quality and Technology Supervision Bureau said that the unqualified products and production enterprises in the supervision and spot checks had been instructed by the relevant quality and technical supervision departments of the counties (districts) to deal with them according to relevant laws and regulations.
