Case two?

Suspected of infringing "GreatWall" trademark

In December 9, 2010, the inspecting officers of the Municipal Bureau of industry and Commerce inspected the dens of Guancheng and found that Tu and others were producing and selling fake "GreatWall" computer power products.

The law enforcement officers seized 2590 types of ATX-350P4 computer power, including warranty cards, packaging boxes, stickers and laser labelling, which were suspected to infringe on the exclusive rights of "GreatWall" registered trademarks.

At present, the Municipal Industrial and commercial bureau has pferred the case to the public security department to investigate the criminal responsibility of the parties concerned.

Case three?

Production false "

In November 9, 2010, the cha Shan Industrial and commercial sub Bureau found that a company store 866 pairs of "Chuck TaylorAllStar" canvas casual shoes suspected of infringing "CONVERSE" products in the inspection of a warehouse in the jurisdiction area.

The company can not provide authorized processing authorization documents provided by trademark holders. These articles are suspected to infringe on the exclusive right to use "CON-VERSE" registered trademarks.

After investigation, the company began processing these canvas in September 25, 2010.
