The 252 official representatives and 32 attendees attending the meeting heard and deliberated and passed the "enterprise work report" made by Zheng Laiyi, general manager of the group vice president and general manager of the Group Limited (see Annex 2), and the trade union work report of the group trade union chairman Chen Zengxin (see Appendix 3).

In accordance with the trade union law and the regulations on trade union work, the conference held the election ceremony of the fifth trade union committee of the Kangnai group, elected 19 trade union commissioners, and unanimously elected Chen Zengxin as the chairman of the five trade union. Liu Changyong and Wu Sheng - en were vice chairmen of the trade union.

Ye Zhonghua, vice president of Wenzhou Federation of trade unions and Sun Jianling, chairman of Lucheng Federation of trade unions, were invited to attend the meeting.

Sun Jianling also made a passionate speech at the meeting. She said that Kangnai group's trade union has made outstanding achievements in building harmonious labor relations enterprises, giving full play to the role of trade union universities, focusing on the mental health of employees, improving the overall quality of employees, and building new Wenzhou people's emotional exchanges. In the Lucheng District, it is the first enterprise to win the "national workers' home", "the advanced unit of the national factory affairs", and the "honorary title of the national workers' Bookstore demonstration sites". It is hoped that the new trade union of Kangnai group will be renewed again and achieve better results.

Zheng Xiukang, chairman of Kangnai group, finally gave the closing speech. He gave full recognition to the four trade union work and raised ardently hope for the new trade union.

He encouraged all staff to further enhance their sense of responsibility, overall awareness and crisis awareness, and develop their business with honor and disgrace and enterprises.

Cadres and staff at all levels should work closely on the "12th Five-Year plan" formulated by the company and the development goals of enterprises in 2011, and formulate detailed plans and plans for implementation.
