She studied at the Department of bioengineering, Guangdong University of Technology. In October 2005, she was a sophomore and started her own music studio.

So she made a bold decision to quit school and start a business.

The company founded by Chen Xixin is called "Guangzhou Xin Jue Culture Development Co., Ltd.". The project is called "New Youth Youth mansion", and is committed to building the first campus culture club in China.
In 2007, Chen leased the two or three floor of the East Gate Square of the university town in the name of the individual, with a total area of 5600 square meters. The lease term was 15 years, with an average annual rent of about 2000000 yuan, and the total contract amount of the whole project was nearly 40 million yuan.
The project has been launched but has not attracted funds.
"Every month, the capital chain broke completely at the end of 2008. I have been supporting it. I have already thought about the way forward, but I hope I can hold on to the last second..."

In February 2009, the two phase of the new youth youth mansion was discussed, and the company slowly realized its profit.
As for where to spend so much money on the project, she said that the investment in the commercial real estate project was not large at the beginning, and the rent was paid annually, and only 400 thousand yuan was required for the deposit, hydropower turnover and office costs.
"A small part of this money was given by my parents, and the rest were basically made by me and a few partners. Most of them came out of my savings."
