Seeing the business opportunities, Liu Xianmei and her husband opened a bee farm in 1983, collecting bee products in the hands of bees, and then selling them to all parts of the country.

"At the very beginning, we mainly communicated with the outside market by means of telephone, Telegraph and other means of communication."

Liu Xianmei said that they were looking for a pharmaceutical factory on the phone book, and then they contacted each other and sold their products to Beijing, Henan, Fujian, Jilin, Heilongjiang and so on.

"At that time, about 60% of the bee products in Jiangshan were bought and sold by us."

Liu Xianmei said that they not only sell local bee products, but also sell tonic products and nutriments produced by pharmaceutical factories to rivers and mountains. There are wholesale departments and sales departments in Jiangshan, and their business is very large.

In 1992, Liu Xianmei felt that her daughter was 8 years old and her career was developing steadily.

After several years of tailoring shops, she had feelings and interest in clothes, so she went to China Textile University to study fashion design at her own expense.

All the business matters at home, she totally let go no more questions.

After one year of study in China Textile University, she founded the first private clothing enterprise in Jiangshan City as her second career after returning home in 1993.

In order to find customers and find market, she started to run clothes factories, and she put all her energies into running factories.

At the outset, the clothing factory's business is the processing mode of "dressing for others". Its business volume is small, its profit is thin, its development is slow, and its staff is only three or four ten.

In 1994, she contacted a businessman who did foreign trade and opened the door to foreign trade.

In order to purchase the surface accessories needed by foreign businessmen, she crossed 3 provinces and cities, walked 6 cities, and finally found the satisfactory fabrics. After buying the fabrics, she followed closely every link of the sewing shop space in the workshop.

Quality is guaranteed and foreign businessmen are satisfied. Her clothing factory has gradually developed into a specialized export garment enterprise.

Just as she was working hard at the garment factory, unexpected crises appeared.

Because Liu Xianmei had not talked about the business of bee products and health care products for several years, all the operating funds were diverted to futures speculation.

By the time she discovered the problem in 1995, she had spent all her money in hard work over the years.

Because garment factories are basically raw material processing, they do not need liquid capital, and the equipment for processing garments is not invested very much. Only the original 200 thousand yuan has been invested. In recent years, the profits of garment factories have also been used in the operation of bee products and health care products.

All the family property is left with a house.

Such a change is really crying for no tears.

After the accident, the garment factory was forced to close.

In the line of friends, she went to the field alone and went back to work to make clothes.

Re innovation

After 3 years of being alone, Liu Xianmei's garment processing industry has been developing step by step at a new starting point.

In 1998, after accumulating a certain amount of capital, she returned to her hometown and rented the workshop of Jiangshan tea company about 4500 square meters, and founded Jiangshan Mei Yi Fashion Co., Ltd.

In those days, Jiangshan was rated as "the king of costume making" and was rated as a large taxpayer by Jiangshan City's Inland Revenue Department (only 2 of them were awarded this honor).

The "futures incident" caused heavy losses to Liu Xianmei's career and led to the breakdown of the family.

Seemingly weak, but in the past more than 10 years, she has been a single mother, and has nurturing her daughter as a champion in the college entrance examination.

Liu Xianmei has accumulated rich experience in the international fashion market in terms of fashion, fabric requirements and production specifications.

In order to reduce the intermediate links and improve the efficiency of enterprises, she gained the right of self import and export in 2000.

In order to make the enterprise win a place in the international garment market, she pays attention to investment in science and technology, introduces new technology, and purchases new equipment.

In recent years, we have developed a series of non iron products and environmental protection products.

In 2002, Liu Xianmei invested millions of yuan to buy the original plant of the tea company, which made the production base stable.

In 2004, the United States and Iran invested about 10000000 yuan, and 80 mu of land were collected in Jiangshan characteristic industrial park, and a new garment production base was established to expand the scale of production.

In recent years, the international garment market is becoming increasingly competitive.

To this end, Liu Xianmei is creating conditions to enable enterprises to strive to create independent brands from purely OEM production for others, and strive to diversify from a single export garment to a diversified product.

The company has registered its own brand and started developing home textiles and functional fabrics.

The company has established an industry university research cooperation relationship with Donghua University of China. Donghua University has set up a research and development base for functional textiles, clothing and protective clothing in the United States and Iran.

The company will use this partnership to develop and produce multi-functional protective clothing.
