Accusation: buying fake wine for Moutai

4 men were tried and 3 were near Maotai Town, Renhuai, Guizhou province. Among them, Tan Mouzhong, 57, is a retired employee of Moutai Limited by Share Ltd in Guizhou province.

Another Hainan man, Zhang Bo, claimed to have been the director of the Hainan Office of a city in Heilongjiang province. They colluded together and worked together to make 2 tons of liquor into Moutai liquor.

According to the prosecution allegations, in 2009, Zhang Bo fake Heilongjiang city in Hainan Province Office Director's identity with the victim Lee and his wife met.

Zhang Moubo later lied that he was familiar with a leader of Guizhou Province, the Secretary General of Boao forum, and the Secretary of Moutai distillery. He could buy Moutai wine, which was cheaper than market price, in the name of Boao Forum Organizing Committee.

Prosecutors accuse

The first time: a ton of liquor sold over 100 million high price.

Later, he bought 1720 pounds with Tan Mouzhong, and Tan Mouzhong prepared more than 200 Jin of liquor by himself. He made up a ton of liquor and pferred the tonne liquor into a raw wine similar to that of Moutai golf club.

The raw liquor was pported away by Luo and packaged into 2004 bottles of Moutai Golf members. After that, it was issued to the victim's designated place.

The victim paid a price of 680 yuan per bottle and a total price of 1276560 yuan, and paid the defendant Zhang Moubo the purchase price of liquor.

Second bartenders: liquor into golf membership liquor

In September 2009, Zhang Moubo, Fu Mou Cheng, Tan Mouzhong, and Luo people once again discussed the purchase of 1200 Jin Bo Jin from a symbol, and Tan Mouzhong bought 800 Jin of bulk liquor. After that, Luo put the tonne raw liquor into 1824 bottles of fake Moutai golf membership liquor, and issued the designated place to the victim.

According to the price of 580 yuan per bottle and the total price of 997920 yuan, the victim paid the defendant Zhang Moubo the purchase of liquor.

The third time: the white wine is made into fake Moutai.

In November 2009, Zhang Moubo bought 600 bottles of fake Moutai wine directly from Luo and sold them to the victim couple.

The victim paid the liquor purchase amount to Zhang Moubo according to the price of 439 yuan per bottle and the total price of 263400 yuan.

The procuratorate believed that the defendant Zhang Moubo, Luo Mou, Fu Mou Cheng, Tan Mouzhong ignored the national laws, produced and sold fake wine and shoddy, and should be prosecuted for their criminal responsibility on the basis of the production and sale of fake and inferior products.

Court trial: bartenders claim to be aware of counterfeit wine

On the 11 day, 4 defendants were taken to court for trial, of which 57 year old Tan Mouzhong had been completely white.

In court, Zhang Moubo, Luo Mou, Fu Mou Chengdu pleaded guilty, while Tan Mouzhong denied the accusation. He was very inarticulate and began to speak ambiguously. He said he did not know that Zhang Moubo was going to sell the bulk liquor into Moutai liquor.

Defendant Zhang Moubo said that before he went to sea, he was indeed the director of a Hainan office in Heilongjiang province. He thought he did not produce fake Moutai wine, but only bought a fake wine and got several hundred thousand yuan from it.

Luo Mou, Fu Mou Cheng says, Zhang Moubo tells them, this batch of wine is used inside office reception.

Zhang said that when they discussed the 4 men, Tan Mouzhong had presented the work certificate of the brewery of Moutai distillery, so he believed that Tan Mouzhong could be false.

According to several people's court testimony, Moutai golf membership liquor is a special wine given by Moutai brewery exclusively to a golf club. It produces only one or two tons per year.

At that time, Zhang Moubo took a bottle of mineral water and put a bottle of Moutai Golf Club wine for Tan Mouzhong to taste. Asked whether Tan could make the wine of this taste, Tan Mouzhong said yes.

However, in the court, Tan Mouzhong said he only allocated 2 tons of bulk liquor according to Zhang Moubo's requirements, and did not know that they should make these liquor into fake Moutai sales.
