At that time, my idea was very simple. Now that the Wuhan market is mature, I can go directly to the advertising company over there and move directly to Chongqing. This is also the way I can think of the fastest way to seize the Chongqing market at that time.
After returning to Wuhan, after some inquiries, I slowly understood the truth.
In fact, the whole operation is not complicated. A single cart is not a media, but the network formed by tens of thousands of trolleys is the media.
A supermarket is a kind of commodity market, and product display itself is a channel to disseminate commodity information.
The consumer groups here have a certain purchasing power. The consumer groups are mostly 20~35 years old, and some are middle-aged and old people with fixed income. This group matches the target consumers of brand customers.
Adding advertising boxes to large supermarket trolleys is actually a mobile advertisement.

After reviewing the market again, in May 2009, I returned to Chongqing to register an advertising media company.

When I walked into the supermarket gate, my feet trembled, and I had no theory and practical experience for cooperation with supermarkets.

Who knows, the process of joining the supermarket party was unexpectedly smooth. The supermarket manager, guided by my guidance, saw the implementation plans and achievements of other cities, and immediately discovered this opportunity to make money without making any effort.
At that time, the cooperation plan was finalized.
In the agreement, we agreed that advertising companies can use the front handrails of the supermarket trolley and the two sides of the car body to post a product image advertisement that does not exceed the size of the car body, giving the supermarket a certain profit sharing.
After getting the first house, it will be much easier to win other supermarkets.
Within a month, I signed an agreement with Nanping, including Chung Po, new century, Chung Kai Long and trust Mart.
Since then, I took Nanping as the starting point of the city and expanded to other areas.
So far, more than 300 supermarkets have signed an agreement with me.

At first, the advertisers I was looking for were mainly products that had been stationed in supermarkets.

Finally, I use a lot of facts in the field to convince customers.
For example, I quoted statistics from Beijing and Shanghai, and in a large supermarket, the advertisement was calculated at least three months, and no less than 2 million people watched it.
Compared with other forms of advertising, advertisers need to pay more than 5 times the same effect.
Now, my monthly business income can reach 600 thousand yuan, and the market is still expanding.
At present, the business volume of trolley advertising has also increased significantly, stimulated by the widespread dismantling of outdoor advertisements.
Even customers outside the supermarket have begun to focus on the advertising market of trolleys.
For example, Wanda cinema has signed an advertising contract with me.
But with the gradual expansion of the market, competitors also came. Recently I received the news. Soon after, an advertising company in Xi'an will also enter Chongqing.
From my experience, there are lots of opportunities to make money in life, depending on whether you are ready or not, even if you copy money as long as you can make money.
