Canton Fair Promotes Enterprise Development And Upgrading High-End Line

On May 5th, before the 109 Canton Fair, the European Union formally stopped levying 16.5% of China's leather shoes.

"There seems to be a slight increase in the number of merchants visiting the booth at this Canton Fair, mainly in South America.

"The overall situation of the 109 Canton Fair is slightly better than that of the previous session, but it still feels unrealistic."

Price increases for shoe companies in the first March

He believes that the current demand for recovery has been revived as a whole, but the price of the export of mainland shoes has made some buyers hesitant.

Because the current economic situation in Europe and the United States has not fully recovered, especially in the EU countries.

To avoid the start of April this year, the European Union formally suspended the 16.5% anti-dumping duty on leather shoes produced in China, but will not substantially increase the export opportunities for the mainland's shoes.

Shoe enterprises need to go high-end or be eliminated.

Chen Zhilei also pointed out that at present, there is no inflation in the developed countries in Europe and the United States. The price of the purchased commodities can only be digested by themselves, and when the consumption has weakened, they have no way to increase the price of goods.

But the problem is that the cost of manufacturing in China is still rising, and the price of Chinese manufacturing will go up. This may increase the wait-and-see attitude of European and American businessmen to China.

From the official statistics of the Canton Fair, the number of buyers from Europe and the United States decreased.

As of the 3 th, the purchasers of Canton Fair increased by 4% over the same period of 108. However, the number of merchants in Europe dropped by nearly 12% compared with the same period last year, while the number of merchants in the United States decreased by 3%.

From the export data of Wenzhou, exports to the European Union and the United States in the first half of 2010 have increased rapidly, and have recovered to the level before the financial crisis.

"The situation is similar to that of clothing export. Chinese shoes are also facing the problem of pferring low-end procurement to other countries because of rising prices."

But he also pointed out that other shoes export domestic industry chain is not complete, the scale is temporarily difficult to become a climate.

But for Chinese shoes, most of the low-end shoemaking enterprises will be eliminated if they do not turn to high-end.
