    First, it is the pressure brought about by the change of industrial environment in the era of national competition from the time of shortage economy.

    This is not only a challenge to the reconstruction of economic structure, but also the pressure generated by the game between China's economy and the world economy.

    When the era of supply and demand becomes history, entrepreneurs in garment industry urgently need to adjust their strategic direction and organizational structure, improve the contribution rate of science and technology and the contribution rate of brand, and improve the voice of Chinese voice in the international market.

    Chen Guoqiang: Chinese entrepreneurs may be the hardest and most industrious entrepreneurs in the world.

    Of course, this is related to the entrepreneurial habits of the entrepreneurs, but in the fashion industry, I think it should be considered more in the organizational structure of the industry as a whole.

    I have recently stressed a view that the chain of industrial chains should better stimulate the release of conscious links in all aspects of the industrial chain and smooth links between links.


    At present, most of the work in the clothing industry is still coordinated by entrepreneurs. Professional professional manager system and modern management system are not perfect. This makes many entrepreneurs drown in trivial matters every day, neglecting the exploration of enterprise strategy, neglecting social responsibility thinking, and neglecting their own quality of life.

    Time is a distance that can not be crossed. Hundreds of enterprises in the world have gone through several generations of business.
