The national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce recently revised the catalogue of technology and products to encourage imports (2011 Edition).
The catalogue will be implemented from the date of promulgation, and the 2009 edition will be abolished at the same time.
The NDRC circular pointed out that the 2011 edition of the catalogue was issued to actively expand imports of advanced technology, key components, domestic scarce resources and energy saving and environmental protection products, and better play the import discount policy to promote independent innovation.
