    This is not Chen Hua's first venture.

    In 2006, Chen Hua worked with Wu Shichun to create life information search website.

    Chen Hua once started Skynet FTP at Peking University, and was responsible for UUME's system design. After graduation, he joined Microsoft Research Institute to do Microsoft MSN community search project.

    The departure of the two founders made the industry more argumentative about the company that originally had a single income model.

    Chen Hua said that the reason for leaving from cool news was simply because of the financial crisis and lack of funds.


    In October of 09, the world's largest Online Travel Corporation, Expedia, bought the TripAdvisor through its $12 million purchase. It only recovered the cost of investment from the original investor.


    Chen Hua said, in fact, there is not much difference between the development of Cool News and the original plan at that time. The most important lesson and lesson in the three years of cool news is "insistence".


    "Today, we look at the whole business model of cool news, as well as today's customers and users, which is exactly the same as 08 or 07 years.

    But with the development of the market and the whole scale today, income is coming up.

    Chen Hua said that in the past 08 years, the whole life service industry has been in a difficult stage, looking for patterns and directions.

    But in the late 09 years of the financial crisis, the whole life service market suddenly broke out, including public comment, 58 city, go to market, where to go, and so on, the scale of income has reached the scale of 100 million yuan.


    But there is also a deviation in category positioning.

    According to Chen Hua, the demand for air tickets, hotels, renting and other categories has a certain periodicity. Compared to those, the consumption density of these items is far higher than those of the original Cool News.


    In April 09, Chen Hua joined the Alibaba in charge of search business, hoping to start his life in the daily life service field.


    In Alibaba, Chen Hua is in charge of a team of more than 100 people to develop a platform system including backend grabbing, processing, indexing the whole search, searching for the whole network, and providing a powerful competitive tool for Alibaba in the future.

    Chen Hua said that in a big Alibaba such as a big company, it is different from starting a business. It may not require you to consider too many business models, nor does it require you to have different products in the market. The biggest requirement is to let Alibaba's search products go up to a higher level in user experience.

    Chen Hua says he is not a startup entrepreneur. What made him open the two venture?

    At present, there are about 11 million iOS units in China, 1300 to 14 million effective Android phones, 25 million real mobile Internet devices, and 50 million mobile Internet devices at the end of the year.


    Chen Hua believes that the opportunity of mobile Internet is like the opportunity of domestic Internet in 98 or 99 years. It is an explosive type, and users are growing rapidly.     Another opportunity is group buying.

    First, it is a "prepaid" mode; the second is the short account period, and the interval between payment and consumption is not long compared with other industries.


    Chen Hua said, before the cool news property, recruitment, car and so on are not prepaid mode, but after making a ticket and hotel, the way is right, because air tickets and hotels are prepaid mode.

    Only the prepaid mode, as a value that brings value to the backstage website, can reflect greater value and control the middle trading process, so that more can be done.

    Chen Hua believes that the group buying industry can accommodate hundreds of businesses.


    But this judgment is quite different from the CEO of group buying website such as handle group and American group.

    CEO Wu Bo and CEO, micro-blog group, have only 5-10 comments on the group purchase website at the end of this year.


    Who is wrong?


    Chen Hua pointed out that only people can not survive and can not make money, then there will be relatively few monopolies. But the Chinese consumer market is big enough and the front line is very long. It will be difficult to buy a few of them.

    Based on the two concepts of mobile phones and group buying, Chen Hua placed two projects in the mobile Internet group buying recommendation engine "the most Amoy". Through this platform based mobile group buying product, users can not only view group buying information anytime, anywhere, but also establish new friends relationship, and can recommend nearby group purchase projects and friends through location service.


    However, the problem is coming, and most of them are positioning themselves as group buying platforms. But at the PC side, there are many group buying navigation websites.
