Textile raw materials have fallen sharply, so that many spinning mills are under tremendous pressure, and many garment manufacturers have also been subject to a lot of inventory pressure.

The results showed that 3 types of textiles had not found serious quality and safety problems such as banned azo dyes and formaldehyde exceeding the standard, and the quality of the 35 batches of 27 textile production enterprises was not qualified.

It is understood that the main unqualified items of children's clothing and bedding are fiber content and pH value; the main items of unqualified items of household clothing are pH value, color fastness to rubbing, and the rate of washing size change.

The main reason for the failure of the above products is that small and medium enterprises do not attach importance to the relevant national product standards, and emphasize the style and quality. Some enterprises even buy cheap and poor quality surface accessories in order to reduce costs.

In fact, enterprises with unqualified products are not only small and medium-sized enterprises, but also well-known brands such as SANTA BARBARA POLO & RACQUET CLUB, Shanshan and red bean are also found to be unqualified products.

After querying several export textile companies and the national clothing quality inspection center, the main reason for this phenomenon is the strict quality inspection of products.

For the 80% of textile products exported to Japan, the inspection of export products is very strict.

"The inspection of export products is very strict by foreign customers. Each country has different inspection standards. Some foreign customers will also let the company go to its designated units to test whether the products are qualified," the staff of the office of the secretaries general of the Japan office told reporters.

Last year, the company set up its own testing center, so customers also asked for the inspection in the newly established inspection company.

It can be seen that the quality of export products can not be bad under strict inspection.

However, it is difficult to achieve similar checks in China.

The quality of textile products is therefore difficult to guarantee.

State clothing quality inspection center staff said, normally, the domestic market product listing is the need for quality inspection, but many enterprises because of the high cost of inspection and skip inspection directly on the shelves, such products without quality inspection can only rely on their own checks.

When the sampling is not qualified, not only will the product go off the rack, but also a large amount of fine will be paid.
