We should vigorously develop small and medium-sized enterprises and private enterprises, and promote the healthy development of the construction, processing and manufacturing industries and household service industries, enhance their ability to absorb migrant workers' employment, and consolidate and expand employment channels for migrant workers. We should further establish and improve the employment information service system for migrant workers, and vigorously promote equal employment opportunities for migrant workers and urban residents.

We should conscientiously strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers. We must adhere to a multi pronged approach to establish and improve the policy system and law enforcement supervision mechanism to protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.
