Founded in 2002, the Raffles School of design and training, Guangzhou, was approved by the Guangzhou municipal government and the Education Bureau of Guangzhou. It is also one of the high quality education projects set up by the Raffles education group in Singapore, and the first full-time English full-time teaching mode in Guangdong was introduced.

If students apply for transfer to Singapore or Raffles College in Australia to continue their further education, they will have to pay their tuition according to their tuition fees and hours according to their tuition fees.

Raffles, Guangzhou, is a private non enterprise teaching institution enrolment in accordance with the national plan. It implements three year higher non diploma education, and implements teaching according to its own syllabus, teaching plan and curriculum. The students completed the first two years' courses at the Raffles School of design and training in Guangzhou, and received the corresponding credits. However, they failed to get IELTS scores of 6 or more. They could apply for transfer to Singapore Raffles School of design for further third years of advanced studies. If the students are accepted by Singapore Raffles School of design, they will be able to graduate smoothly and complete the bachelor's degree certificate awarded by the Raffles School of design and business school in Singapore.
