The quality analysis report of children and infant products released by the product quality supervision department of AQSIQ shows that in the first quarter of this year, AQSIQ conducted a total sample survey of 105 batches of children and infant clothing products produced by 100 enterprises in 8 provinces and municipalities in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hebei, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Fujian. The qualified rate of spot checks was 86%, the qualified rate of product quality was 86.7%, and the sales pass rate of products was 94.2%.

In the published results, 14 brands were found to be unqualified, including formaldehyde, fiber composition and content, pH value and dry friction color fastness. For example, the "baby side" brand shoulder open suit and "BOBDOG" Babu long sleeved blouse have the problem of pH unqualified.

Kong Liping, director of the national quality supervision and inspection center of textile and textile products, said the above problems are likely to stimulate the skin of children.

In addition, according to the sampling results, the unqualified products of the sampling inspection include Haines Morris's (Shanghai) Commercial Co., Ltd.'s "H&M" baby coat, and Beijing's Carmen Clothing Co., Ltd.'s "water boy" sweater sweater. These two kinds of products belong to the fiber composition and the content is not qualified.

In addition to the above areas, Anhui, Xinjiang and other geological supervision departments also found many quality problems in the first quarter of this year in the sampling inspection of children and infant clothing products.

Moreover, the pass rate of children's clothing in most of these places is at a low level, and the quality of children's clothing is worrying.
