Wang Tiankai: since 2005, China Textile Industry Association has organized domestic enterprises to participate in the exhibition. The number has grown from the first more than 10 to the more than 50.

The net area of the exhibition increased from more than 100 square meters to more than 800 square meters. Many enterprises expanded from the original 9 square meter standard booth to more than 30 square meters or even more than 60 square meters, and grew rapidly.

Wang Tiankai: during the "12th Five-Year" period, the industry textile industry should aim at meeting the development needs of the key areas of national economy, and vigorously develop high quality and high performance industrial textiles in key areas such as new energy, environmental protection, medical treatment, construction and pportation.

This is consistent with the future development trend of the international industrial textiles industry reflected in this exhibition.

Although industrial textiles have made rapid progress in recent years, the weak ability of independent innovation is still a prominent problem affecting the sustainable development of the industry, and is a weak link that needs to be improved in the future.

The lack of R & D investment, the lack of interdisciplinary talents and the lack of public technology service platform in the industry have affected the common basic research and the industrialization of new technology in the industry, and restricted the development of high technology and high value-added products.
