It is understood that the staff of Xingcheng swimsuit enterprises are mostly farmers in nearby villages, so every enterprise is equipped with special cars to pick up and pport.

Nowadays, the average wage of swimsuit staff in Xingcheng has exceeded 2000 yuan, but enterprises are still facing the problem of shortage of workers in varying degrees. The vacancy rate of equipment in some enterprises with serious shortage of labor is 50%, and the production capacity of 2/3 depends on the completion of the outsourcing processing plant.

In the eyes of some enterprises, a large number of processing points distributed in villages and towns prevent workers from "going out".

However, the processing point is also faced with a shortage of personnel.

Breakout of emerging industries

"Xingcheng swimsuit as a new industry cluster, imperfect industrial chain, lack of migrant workers and other issues is the inevitable stage of the development of industrial clusters."
