Agricultural big county builds industrial park

Farming culture has been the foundation of Shuangfeng's economic and social development. Agricultural production has always been the main business of the people living on this land.

In 2002, several leading military personnel in Shuangfeng County went to several parts of the country to inspect the construction of industrial parks throughout the country.

Walking up to Gao county in Jiangxi, they were shocked by the vigorous development of the industrial park.

Shang Gao and Shuangfeng are both in the mainland. They all have the foundation of traditional shoe making industry. But in the process of undertaking industrial pfer, the higher industry will make the traditional industries bigger and stronger and the financial strength far exceeds Shuangfeng.

In the spring of 2005, Shuangfeng County Industrial Park broke through.

The construction of supporting infrastructure for water, electricity, road hardening and greening is vigorously implemented, and one station service is made to the enterprises.

The efficient and clean government environment and the high quality and considerate service environment have accelerated the development of the park.

After 2009, a large number of enterprises on the scale and top grade entered the park successively.

In 2010, the 15 project agreement invested 2 billion 400 million yuan, which was 1 billion yuan in real time.

So far, there are 47 projects in the park, and the output value accounts for 1/4 of the county's total economic output.

In addition to resource-based industries, all other industrial enterprises in the county are concentrated in these square kilometers of land.

In the second phase of the industrial park, two major industrial parks are being built in full swing. One is the stainless steel industrial park with an annual output of 200 thousand tons of stainless steel.

Another year's production value will reach 1 hundred million after the completion of the project.

It is estimated that in the first two quarters of this year, the industrial gross value of the park will reach 1 billion.

Small

Shuangfeng county has been producing cloth shoes for more than 40 years.

By the end of the 90s of last century, there were more than 50 large and small shoe factories in Yin Tang township of the county. Every year, millions of pairs of cloth shoes went from here to all parts of the country.

With the completion of the Shuangfeng Industrial Park, small cloth shoes made a big industry.

In October 2007, the world-famous Taiwan Xing ang footwear industry officially entered Shuangfeng Industrial Park, which was formally put into operation in November of that year.

The one or two phase of the annual production of 5 million pairs of vamp is all in place this year. The three phase of the annual output of 3 million pairs of finished shoes production lines has been steadily promoted, and 2 branches have been built in the township and more than 4000 employees have been employed.

The total investment of the fourth phase is 200 million yuan, 100 thousand square meters of factory buildings and 16 production lines will be built.

It has been less than a month since the signing of the footwear industry from signing to formal production, making it the fastest speed from signing to production in the more than 20 mainland enterprises in Taiwan.

Behind the "boom speed" is Shuangfeng county's high regard for the development of the industry.

The county has set up a leading group of high specification footwear industry, headed by the Deputy Secretary of the Loudi municipal Party committee and the Secretary of the county Party committee.

The project office set up a liaison office in the factory, and assigned 3 staff members to the construction site to help investors to carry out core tasks such as staff recruitment, factory renovation, dormitory leasing, department coordination, contradiction mediation and publicity campaign.

At present, the shoes produced by Shuangfeng Industrial Park have successfully entered the European and American markets.

The county has 18 shoe factories, more than 21000 migrant workers, the annual output value of footwear industry has exceeded 500 million yuan last year, and footwear exports account for more than 50% of the total industrial exports of the county.

With the completion of several major construction projects, Shuangfeng's annual output of finished products will reach 12 million pairs, and its output value will reach 1 billion 200 million yuan.

Rice milling machinery into the agricultural machinery manufacturing base

"Started in 50s, laid the foundation in 70s, and developed in 80s."

This is a true portrayal of the development of agricultural machinery in Shuangfeng.

By the beginning of twenty-first Century, Shuangfeng's farm machinery only made more than 300 combinations of rice machine manufacturers. Last year, Shuangfeng was awarded the title of "rice mill in China".

The Shuangfeng agro Industrial Park was founded in 2008 by the Hunan agro machinery group, which was built in the county by 7 large scale agricultural machinery enterprises.

Subsequently, a number of enterprises were merged and reorganized.

In 2009, the park was awarded the "agricultural machinery industrial base" of Hunan province and the comprehensive high-tech industrial base of Hunan province.

In the workshop of rice automatic seeding and raising machine of farmers' machinery, the reporter saw a precision production machine that can realize rice sowing and breeding. It consists of a rectangular steel frame with a length of about 5 meters and a funnel above it. Although its shape is simple, it can broadcast and distribute at the same time, which is a new product developed by the company itself.

Combined rice machine, home huller, multifunctional cultivator, pneumatic pport machine and other more than 20 series of products have been developed independently by farmers.

At present, "farmer friend" took the lead in establishing the modern agricultural equipment engineering technology research center of Hunan Province, and reached a long-term cooperation agreement with China Agricultural Machinery Research Institute, invested about 7000000 yuan in research and development funds, and built a provincial enterprise technology center.

The 5 research rooms, including processing machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment, farming machinery, agricultural equipment and pneumatic conveying machinery, are also recognized as provincial engineering research centers by the provincial science and technology department.

The riveting "farmer friend" is ambitious. It plans to achieve output value of 3 billion yuan in 3 years, and output value reaches 6 billion yuan in 5 years.

"Farmer friend" is only a microcosm of the development of agricultural machinery industry in Shuangfeng Industrial Park.

At present, the only Agricultural Machinery Industrial Park in Shuangfeng is being built in our industrial park.

According to the plan, in the next 10 years, the agricultural machinery and electrical industrial park will reach 1500 mu, and the agricultural machinery manufacturing base will gradually take shape.
