As a group leader, the national science and technology support program "carbon fiber multi-layer angle online weaving equipment and technology" was officially launched, and the research funding was 41 million 800 thousand yuan.

This project is directly related to the "green, automation and equipment" of the manufacturing industry in the "national medium and long term science and technology development plan" (28). It is a key supporting technology of the textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan of the State Council and the equipment manufacturing industry adjustment and revitalization plan.

This project will provide independent weaving equipment and technological support for developing and producing high-performance carbon fiber composites in China.

副校長蔣秀明教授介紹，該課題的總體目標是以《國家中長期科學(xué)和技術(shù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2006-2020年）》中大型飛機、探月工程、載人航天等航空航天重大科技專項需求為背景，以風力發(fā)電、船舶制造、汽車、自行車等高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)需求為牽引，立足我國資源，打破國外封鎖，加強自主創(chuàng)新，突破制約我國碳纖維復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)瓶頸，發(fā)展具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的軍民兩用復(fù)合材料骨架制造技術(shù)，重點研究開發(fā)碳纖維多軸向經(jīng)編機及技術(shù)、多層角聯(lián)機織裝備及技術(shù)和立體管狀織造裝備及技術(shù)，填補國內(nèi)碳纖維復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域多層織造裝備的空白，實現(xiàn)碳纖維多軸向織物、多層厚重織物、立體異型織物、管狀多層織物等新型復(fù)合材料骨架的機械化、自動化、批量化生產(chǎn)，提高碳纖維復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低生產(chǎn)成本，提升我國產(chǎn)業(yè)用紡織品和復(fù)合材料的自主創(chuàng)

With the new capability, we have built a demonstration production line for multi-layer fabrics and their composite materials, and promoted the processing technology of high performance carbon fiber in China to enter the international advanced ranks, driving the technological progress of the relevant industries of the national economy, and forming a new economic growth point.

The subject is independently developed.

It will break the blockade of China's carbon fiber reinforced composites and technology by western developed countries, and help to realize the organic combination of multi disciplines and industry, research and research, and make a useful exploration for developing new industries in the textile machinery industry.

At the same time, the implementation of this project can promote the development of upstream and downstream related industries, and improve the quality and competitiveness of the upstream and downstream related industries.
