Professor Xu Bugao Came To The Jiangnan University To Report On The Institute Of Textile And Clothing.

Austen, a famous professor at the University of Dezhou, Xu Bugao, gave a wonderful report to our school at the request of Vice Chancellor Gao Weidong. The title of the report is: the application of digital image technology in textiles.

Professor Xu Bugao has been engaged in textile image processing research for many years, and has made important achievements in fiber type identification, fiber measurement, fabric pilling, fabric wrinkle, fabric defects, 3D human modeling, and clothing virtual display. The research results have been used in agriculture and industry in the United States. Professor Xu began with his own research results, and introduced some achievements of his research over the years to the teachers and students present, and explained some key technical problems in detail. After the report of Professor Xu, teachers and students questioned Professor Xu on some hot topics in the report. Professor Xu answered them one by one.
