Leon? Hu Beto And Lee Carol Were Appointed Creative Directors Of KENZO.
Louis Weedon group announced the appointment of HUMBERTO LEON (Leon Beto) and CAROL LIM (Li Carol) as the new creative director of Kenzo, which came into effect in July 2011.
Humberto Leon and Carol Lim two people are behind the scenes operators of Opening Ceremony brand store, founded in 2002 in New York, USA, with unique fashion taste and retail concept. So in the future they will be in New York and Paris to allocate their time.
"Humberto and Carol will bring their fresh creative talents and innovative ideas to KENZO to revitate their youth. I believe they will have an impact on the brand's unique age and lifestyle and make it flourish, "said Louis Weedon, chairman of fashion department and CEO (CEO) Pierre-Yves Roussel.
KENZO (Kenzo) came to Paris from Tokyo with a bold new fashion design concept and created an international brand full of vitality and color. We will bring KENZO, our great source of inspiration, into the future of our generation and our next generation. Kenzo creative director Humberto Leon and Carol Lim said so.
After 8 years of cooperation, KENZO and Antonio Marras decided to end their cooperation. KENZO sincerely thanked Antonio for bringing everything to KENZO and wished him every success in his career.
