It is understood that China (Suzhou) textile and clothing shoes and hat city is located at the intersection of people's South Road and outer ring road in Sucheng city.

The total investment of the project is RMB 900 million yuan, covering an area of 76832 square meters, with a total construction area of about 480 thousand square meters, of which the ground floor area is about 425 thousand square meters, the underground construction area is about 55 thousand square meters, and the annual sales income is 300 million yuan.
The project is divided into two phases, one phase development area of 250 thousand square meters, mainly for business, hotel apartment, apartment type office.
The two phase project is about 230 thousand square meters, with commercial, logistics pfer, R & D center, exhibition center, manpower training center, hotel and other supporting functions.
After the completion of the project, it will become the commercial and service center of the shoe capital in Central China. It can directly drive 30 thousand people to work and attract more people, logistics and information in Suzhou and the whole country to the Suzhou economic development zone and become a new landmark in the development of Suzhou's Urbanization.
