    Reporter: the domestic elevator industry is very competitive. Almost all the big brands around the world are at the level of intelligence.


    Chen Chunxing: we have been climbing in recent years. In 2008, we ranked eighth in the country, and the top 7 were foreign capital. Now we can row sixth, surpass 2, but 5 of the former are still foreign competitors.


    Reporter: what is your ultimate dream?


    Chen Chunxing: the internal goal is to achieve the first three in 2015, sales can exceed 10 billion yuan, and produce 30 thousand elevators in one year.


    Reporter: is this speed different from what you expected? Or is it going according to the established goal?


    Chen Chunxing: since I started to get involved in this industry, what I want is to be the best leader.

    Of course, it will be hard to start business in the early days, but now we are more and more optimistic.

    Now, we have 20 branches in China, 5 factories abroad and two market support.

    Since 2005, I have had this plan to win the position of the goats.


    Reporter: to reach 10 billion yuan, the key is market recognition. What is the development strategy of intelligence?


    Chen Chunxing: at present, the market opportunity is very good. On the one hand, the state will vigorously build affordable housing, so we need the elevator with good quality and good price, which gives us the opportunity.


    The focus of elevator competition is in non manufacturing sectors.


    Reporter: now elevator industry, foreign brands and national brands in the technical gap?


    Chen Chunxing: No, quality and technology have basically been unified.

    Now elevator is like refrigerators and color TV sets. There is no difference between domestic and foreign brands.


    Soon, our own research and development of 8 meters per second maglev elevator will be tested in the factory. This is the fastest elevator in the world, which is independently developed by us.


    Reporter: but many people take the elevator, there will be a feeling that imports seem to be more comfortable than domestic ones. Is that true?


    Chen Chunxing: how to say, now an elevator, manufacturing accounts for only 40% of the cost, installation accounted for 40%, services accounted for 20%.

    Therefore, even if it is a pure imported elevator, more than 60% of the money is spent in the non manufacturing link. This shows that the difference between domestic and imported is not in manufacturing, but in site installation and service. Besides, the difference is the quality and level of personnel.


    Reporter: as the first brand of China's national elevator, what kind of experience have you been playing against foreign brands these years?


    Chen Chunxing: at the beginning, it must be learning, because the level of technology is different, but the quality must not be taken lightly.

    Learning to a certain stage of discovery, everyone is almost the same, fight to serve, we must have their own length, do not give up.


    Reporter: after this OTIS incident, did you promote your sales?


    Chen Chunxing: it is obvious that customers will come to us to place an order soon.

    But this is more vigilant to me, we must strictly control the quality, this is the foundation of career.


    Wuhan should incorporate engineering procurement into government procurement


    Reporter: as a local enterprise in Wuhan, does local purchasing account for a large amount?


    Chen Chunxing: it is a shame to say that we started in Wuhan, but Wuhan's local purchasing accounts for a very small proportion. It hardly ever existed before, but then it expanded slowly, but now it is probably around 5%.


    Reporter: now Wuhan is a period of great construction. Why is local purchasing so difficult?


    Chen Chunxing: we can't think about it.

    In fact, in other provinces, many places are selected locally, and Wuhan just excludes us.


    Reporter: This is an old problem. It seems that it has not been properly solved.


    Chen Chunxing: the project procurement should be included in the government procurement sequence.

    Now Wuhan is talking about the multiplication of industries. What is important depends on the multiplication of enterprises.

    Wuhan now has a large amount of construction. The subway will have to repair more than 100 kilometers, and thousands of elevators are needed. If we can support local enterprises, this is a good way.

    Of course, my support is not protection, we are not afraid of competing under the same conditions, but the reality is that sometimes we can not even enter the door.

    Reporter: enterprise competition is actually the competition of employees. What is the welfare of intelligent employees?


    Chen Chunxing: we are a scientific and technological enterprise. If we want to research and develop well, we must rely on talents.

    In terms of intelligence, we invited the Ph. D. to give them four rooms and two hall housing, matching cars, annual salary of 800 thousand yuan, two times a year for free travel abroad.


    Reporter: most of the workers are not "pet" of science and technology. How do these people stay?


    Chen Chunxing: every morning and afternoon, we have half an hour of tea break. Snacks, tea, cigarettes and beer are free. Everyone can relax after work. This is unique.


    We have 625 employees, and the cost of union activities per employee is 10 thousand yuan per year.


    Reporter: I see there are many plants in your factory. Is this your hobby?


    Chen Chunxing: don't belittle these trees. There are 2800 plants in the factory. There are 35 kinds of fruit trees. They are Australian plum, pomegranate, walnut and four seasons.

    Every time we get mature, we have someone to pick and distribute them.


    Reporter: why should we make great efforts to make an ecological factory?


    Chen Chunxing: I hope that employees will enjoy good mood in the park just like they work in the park. This is also a mental welfare law.

    Reporter: it is very hard to do business. Many owners of private enterprises do business and turn into trade or real estate. What do you think?


    Chen Chunxing: when it was small, it was really hard. At that time, I started out at 6 every morning and went out to work at 6:30.

    But when the scale is bigger, it does not feel bitter. Instead, it has a sense of accomplishment and wants to stick to it.

    I still start at 6 every morning and never lie in.

    After a few days off, I felt sick and felt nothing to do.

    Chen Chunxing: I always feel that a city needs a brand.

    Not long ago, a friend called me in Nanchang to say that he used a smart elevator in the luxury hotel. He was very happy and pleased.
