    The survey interviewed 2000 professionals in the fashion industry, including design, marketing, product development, e-commerce, and many other areas.

    The survey shows that people will switch jobs to different companies or jobs according to their career planning.

    The turbulence in the fashion industry, and nearly 70% of the consumer spending in the United States, are the reasons for the choice of job hopping in the fashion retailing industry.
