Improving The Quality And Level Of The Council Of Lanzhou Fair

In August 10th, the provincial government and the China Council for the promotion of trade held a joint meeting on provincial capital cooperation in Lanzhou.

The two sides agreed that the China Council for the promotion of trade will help Gansu to help Gansu organize exhibition activities with dominant industries, and use the CCPIT and ICC to cover the resource advantages at home and abroad, and support Gansu's opening up to the outside world and the development of an export-oriented economy.

In 1997, since the co operation of the provincial council of Lanzhou fair, the China Council for the promotion of trade has been one of the organizers of the liaison Association, providing long-term support and assistance to overseas liaison offices and overseas guests, supporting Gansu's large-scale foreign trade and economic activities and high-level external activities; arranging foreign famous trade promotion institutions, business associations and strength personages to visit Gansu to strengthen foreign knowledge of Gansu.

In October 2010, the China Council for the promotion of trade and the Gansu provincial government signed the memorandum of understanding on strengthening cooperation. This is an important measure for the central state organs to support local economic and social development.

According to the introduction, due to infrastructure, pportation information and industrial development constraints, our province is unable to meet the needs of economic and social development in attracting investment and the growth of MICE industry.

Yesterday's meeting agreed that the CCPIT will give full play to its resource advantages, and mobilize the top 500 enterprises, investors and purchasers to participate in the fair meeting to enhance the LAN Chai Hui by means of covering the network system and influence at home and abroad.

At present, our province is in the key period of promoting the pformation and upgrading of traditional industries, cultivating and developing strategic new industries, and promoting the leap forward development of the province's economy and society.

The two sides agreed that the China Council for the promotion of trade will guide and help our province continue to hold exhibitions such as international new energy exhibition and circular economy international cooperation project, and set up special exhibition and promotion activities such as wine, potato, Chinese herbal medicine, livestock products, seed industry and other special exhibitions, so as to cultivate the new exhibition, project negotiation, cooperation and exchange mechanism to create new energy, clean energy and strategic new industries in Gansu.

Gansu is located in the strategic corridor connecting the Eurasian Continental Bridge and the pportation hub of the northwest and southwest.

In his speech, Liu Weiping said that Gansu's history and culture were heavy, but its resources were not utilized well.

With the help of "joint meeting of provincial cooperation", we should build a multi-level, wide area and regular cooperation platform, make full use of the platform of China Council for the promotion of trade, and help more enterprises in Gansu go out, speed up the development of channel economy, and expand the East Asian market as soon as possible.

35 companies seek business opportunities in Gansu
