According to the opinions of the provincial people's Government on promoting the development of industrial clusters and the trial implementation measures of the key growth industry cluster management in Hubei Province, the Hubei Provincial Committee and the provincial finance department organized experts to examine and evaluate the key growth industry clusters and newly declared clusters in 2010. With the approval of the provincial people's government, 67 industrial clusters were identified as the 2011 key growth industry clusters in Hubei province.
