Wang Jianping: Making Leather Shoes Pnational "Global People"

Wang Jianping, 43, has two differences from others. He turned a small workshop of only 10 workers into a multinational company that sells the world. He bought a well-known Italy shoe company aiming at the high-end market abroad.
At the beginning of his business, he slept in a shoe box. Wang Jianping's father was a naval officer. Influenced by it, he took the diploma of ship machinery and started his career as a marine mechanic.
Soon, he was not satisfied.
He wants to change, distant goals, the life of men should be rich and colorful; near purpose, as soon as possible to get rid of the economic situation of family distress.
After being a salesman and editor, Wang Jianping found his way in a story about a neighbor's pioneering work.
The neighbor who lived in the west gate of the city was later Yu Yasia, a "shoemaking giant in Wenzhou".
In 1991, Yu Ai's shoe factory was flourishing, and Wang Jianping, 24, began to move.
In July, Wang Jianping founded the Wenzhou Hengfeng leather shoes factory (the predecessor of the Huai shoemaking industry).

He first arrived in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and then came to Moscow.
He boarded the plane with more than 100 English words in his head, and Wang Jianping set out on a journey abroad.
Moscow's ice and snow were boundless. Wang Jianping inhaled a cool air and his brain was excited. He seemed to see a vast market.
In the ACT wholesale market in Moscow, in Moscow, Wang Jianping used stalls to put up the booth of the shoe industry.
At that time, there were only two shoemaking enterprises in Wenzhou except him.

Russia's market is full of surprises.
In 1999, sales of Kazakhstan amounted to nearly $5 million.

When he arrived in Nigeria, Africa, Wang Jianping was surprised by the poverty of the locals.
Because most of the local market sales are European shoes, so the price is high, the local ordinary people simply can not afford to spend, many locals are bare feet.
Wang Jianping saw life in the extreme.
After entering Africa, Kazakhstan shoes were favored by locals with the advantage of being inexpensive, and became the first brand of men's shoes in West Africa.
But in January 2004, the government of Nigeria announced the prohibition of importing 31 kinds of Chinese goods, including Kazakhstan men's shoes, to protect the national industry (now the project has expanded to 41).
Nigeria has a population of 140 million, and the withdrawal is equivalent to a big market that has been struggling for several years. Nigeria's investment environment is poor and its risk is very large.
Wang Jianping made a difficult choice between leaving and staying: setting up factories in Nigeria.
This is an attempt and an adventure.
The hardships of building factories were beyond Wang Jianping's imagination, and even the glue for shoemaking had to be pported from the mainland.
But local factories have been set up to recruit local workers. This has won the welcome of the local government of Nigeria, and all the difficulties have finally been solved.
Kazakhstan was a great winner.
According to Wang Jianping's intention, by 2007, Kazakhstan's total investment in Nigeria will reach US $about 13000000. It will become the largest African shoe manufacturer with 40000 square meters factory buildings, 10~12 molding lines and 10~12 needle car lines, with 6 million pairs of leather shoes annually.
The international development of China's footwear industry is becoming more and more difficult.
At this time, Wang Jianping made a major decision to buy a 50 year old shoemaking enterprise in Italy.
The Wilson company in Italy specializes in the world famous brand men's shoes such as Wilson (Wilson) and POLO (Paul).
In August 2004, Kazakhstan formally acquired 90% stake in Italy Wilson shoes company. The original crew of Faas Siti Gary, including the company, continued to work in the original position.
After the acquisition of Wilson, Kazakhstan has an international brand of Wilson, while Kazakhstan is still its first brand, and Wilson is the subsidiary brand of the company.
Wang Jianping plans to make Kazakhstan a famous brand in the European and American markets in 35 years.
This acquisition has also become a merger of "China shoe capital" enterprises to the "world shoe capital" enterprise, and Wenzhou has also been born the first truly local "multinational company".
Wang Jianping continued to build the global sales network of harzan through overseas acquisitions. He will have more than 30 years of sales experience, and Taiwan Li, a company that has a good sales network in Japan, Western Europe and the United States, has acquired its own command. He also founded HaZanShoesINC.USA company in the United States, and has an office and a warehouse in the southern city of Losangeles, South Africa.
Kazakhstan has also made OEM for several top men's shoes brands, and the technology level has reached the international first-class level.

He hopes to upgrade the value of his brand through upgrading products.
