Xu Jianmin, general manager of Sanyang Textile Co., Ltd. said that low carbon is the direction of pformation of textile enterprises. The key is the pformation of thinking mode and habit, and the high input in equipment and so on needs to be digested through production management.
He believes that the current market situation is the best time for pformation.

Sorona is made from corn sugar fermented by DuPont Co in the US. It has the features of energy saving, environmental protection, easy biodegradation, soft handle, good elasticity, easy staining and anti pollution.
Lutai, Lian FA, YOUNGOR and other enterprises all use Sorona fiber in new products.
Coffee coffee fibers are made from coffee residue after drinking coffee. After calcination, they are made into crystals, and then ground into nano powders to produce polyester containing coffee charcoal functional fibers.
Because coffee charcoal has excellent functional properties, the fiber itself is gray and can be processed without dyeing.

The product is made from high yield and high density fabric and the remaining hard fabric produced by garments. The product is automatically classified according to the color system and collected by the production system, and the fibers are spun into suitable spinning fibers. The regenerated cotton products are produced according to the combination of different colored fibers or yarns. It does not need dyeing, low carbon, environmental protection and energy saving.
