It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of spinning technology, fiber simulation technology, weaving technology, chemical fiber printing and dyeing technology, main fabric finishing technology, and guiding the development of high-performance multi-functional textiles. It plays a key role in linking the links from chemical fiber to clothing fabrics, household textiles and industrial textiles.

During the "12th Five-Year plan" period, the filament weaving industry is playing an irreplaceable role in promoting the textile industry to realize the strategy of "strong technology and strong brand" in the textile industry.

The basic work in terms of industry standard, technology exchange, brand cultivation, personnel training, industrial upgrading and development trend are few.

Thus, a series of urgent problems need to be solved. An association is needed to strengthen management and all aspects of work so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of the industry.

First of all, the industry needs to improve its statistical work.

As a pillar industry in the textile industry, in addition to the import and export statistics of filament fabrics in the customs statistics, there is no statistics on the products of the industry in the National Bureau of statistics, nor the data of the industry's economic indicators.

Whether the relevant state departments, local governments or related enterprises and institutions in the industry are lack of guidance on the relevant statistical data of this industry.

Secondly, it is urgent to change the lack of national and industrial standards.

Despite the rapid development of China's chemical filament weaving industry, there is no industry association to coordinate and manage the industry, resulting in a serious lag in standard setting work. The corresponding industry standards are almost blank. In addition, the pollution of water jet looms has restricted the development of filament weaving industry in some parts of the country.

Water jet looms account for over 70% of China's filament weaving industry, which accounts for a large proportion and is the main equipment of the filament weaving industry.

Because chemical fiber filament will use a certain amount of oil in the spinning process, a certain amount of slurry will be used in the warping process. In order to distinguish the left and right twist, it is necessary to use the colored silk without fixing, and add some oil pollution of the equipment. The oil, slurry and dyestuff will produce a certain amount of sewage in the weaving process. Allowing self draining will cause some pollution to the environment, but the pollution level is not serious. The average COD is about 400 to /L, and the better management enterprise is less than 200 /L. The treatment is relatively simple.

Many enterprises in the industry have actively adopted sewage treatment measures. After treatment, all the reclaimed water has been reused for production, which not only saves water resources, but also avoids environmental pollution.

However, due to the fact that there is not a nationwide industry organization for publicity and promotion, this effective technical information has not been fully pmitted, leading to different measures for water jet weaving in different regions. Among them, the Dang Shan town, Shaoxing and Hangzhou, where the main areas of filament weaving were used, had adopted more restrictive measures and elimination policies for water jet weaving. At present, there is no water jet loom in Dang Shan town, and most of the loom weaving enterprises in Shaoxing have also been pferred.

Changxin, Shengze and Jiaxing, Xiuzhou, which are also located in the environmentally sensitive areas, have better protected the development of the industry because of the local government's active efforts to promote the water treatment technology of water looms.

Therefore, for the whole country, there is a great need for a nationwide organization to publicize, guide and promote the advanced technology in the industry, especially the environmental protection technology.

The courage to play a bridge between government and enterprises.

Xu Wenying: the China Textile Industry Association has attached great importance to the filament weaving industry. The president of Duyu Zhou first proposed that the Chinese cotton textile industry association and the Chinese yarn dyed trade association should be responsible for the coordination and service management of the chemical fiber filament weaving industry. After many discussions by the Party committee of the textile industry association, I decided to take the lead in organizing the China filament weaving Association. At present, the work is progressing smoothly.

There is a great similarity between the weaving process and the yarn dyed industry in terms of process characteristics. Apart from the main raw materials and the silk dyeing process, shuttleless looms are used. With the development of new technology and new industries, the proportion of chemical fiber long cheese cheese dyeing, melt dyed filaments, production of filament yarn dyed home textiles, filament yarn dyed curtain, filament yarn dyed fabric, sofa fabric and filament yarn dyed fabric has increased continuously. At present, with the vigorous support and recommendation of the provincial textile offices, associations and local governments and industrial clusters, the registration of members has been preliminarily completed, and the new members of the China filament weaving Association have exceeded 300, and the preparatory work has basically been completed.

After the study, the first member congress of China filament weaving Association will be held in Shengze Town, Wujiang, Jiangsu in August 18th this year.

Actively striving for national policy support, especially the key technologies, common technology, basic technology, energy saving and emission reduction technologies related to the development of filament weaving industry, should strive to obtain financial support from relevant departments.

Second, actively strive for and improve industrial policies.

We should actively strive for the development of the filament weaving industry by relevant state departments, give appropriate support to the technological pformation projects that meet the industrial policy, meet the key development direction of the filament weaving industry, and facilitate the upgrading and pformation of the silk weaving industry, support and encourage enterprises to independently eliminate backward production capacity, actively adopt advanced technology and equipment, and continuously upgrade the industrial level and competitiveness; encourage and guide the weaving enterprises to shift from resources to the eastern part of the labor force to the central and western regions.
