The Loss Of Gucci GUCCI Merchandise Requires The Salesperson To "Sit" &Nbsp.

The store was broken by the former employee who left.

    commodity

If it is lost, the assistant must take the responsibility and pay compensation according to the retail price of the commodity.

Yesterday, the reporter was informed that, recently published on the Internet, "the resignation of Gucci employees to Gucci's top management of an open letter" (hereinafter referred to as "open letter") Gucci flagship store in Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen").

    Gucci

Five former employees (who left in August) have commissioned lawyers to lodge complaints against the labor supervision department in Luohu District, Shenzhen.

The labor surveillance department in charge of the case, Liao Wen, Shenzhen Luohu District human resources bureau investigation Squadron, flew to this newspaper to confirm: "the case has been placed on file for investigation."

After that, he refused to disclose details on the grounds of "inconvenient".

Gucci (GUCCI) China's public relations official told the newspaper yesterday that the company is following up on the matter and will give you a statement in the two days.

However, the person in charge of the complaint in the open letter did not comment.

Disputes have existed for a long time.

"Standing for more than 14 hours per day, no rest, water or food should be taken during the working hours. The pregnant women should be treated equally and the toilet time is strictly restricted. They will be ordered to arrive at two or three in the morning without overtime pay."

In the open letter, the former employee of Gucci Shenzhen described this working condition.

Yang Qianwu, a partner in Beijing Dacheng (Shenzhen) law firm, told the reporter: "the former employee's complaint about Gucci is that the company is too strict in the management of employment, and it is not paid to pay overtime after the employees are asked to work overtime."

Yang Qianwu said, "the employee's complaint requests include immediate payment of overtime pay and payment of compensation, immediate payment of financial compensation for forced resignation, and compensation for damages caused by other illegal activities."

According to an employee's letter from the open letter, the Shenzhen Gucci implements the "comprehensive man hour system", which is based on the sum of the monthly working hours.

On the basis of the way Gucci worked on the day off work on a daily basis, under the calculation of standard working hours, if the workers worked 16 hours a day, the employees could get 8 hours overtime on that day, but under the comprehensive working hours, the extra overtime time on the first day was on average second days' working time.

The resignation staff thought that the company had illegally withheld its overtime pay.

The resignation of Gucci employees in Shenzhen said it was more unacceptable than the company's "sit in" compensation system, which means that once the loss of goods occurs, all employees are required to share the loss according to the retail price of the product.

A former Shenzhen Gucci employee described to our reporter that the first day when a colleague returned from his maternity leave, the leader asked him to pay the amount of the lost items in the shop during the vacation.

"Many luxuries of the company have been insured, so in fact, companies receive double" compensation "from employees and insurance companies respectively.

The dispute between Gucci China and its employees seems to have existed for a long time.

Yang Qianwu told this newspaper that between 2009 and 2010, a number of shop assistants in Beijing and Shenzhen had complained to the local labor arbitration department that Gucci had to pay overtime fees.

In August this year, a departing employee complained to the labor supervision department of Chaoyang District, Beijing. During the 5 years of working in Gucci China, Gucci China did not pay any overtime fees and worked overtime beyond the statutory standard.

Xue Hua, a staff member who took part in the complaint, revealed to the newspaper: "in the past few years, there have been staff members who sent out a lawyer's letter to Gucci to ask for overtime payment in the past few years. Most of the complaints were ended by Gucci employees and employees, but most of the employees who left their posts before 2010 were compensated. However, only an agreement signed by Gucci to disclose compensation and related matters was signed to get the money. The one or two year old employees who had worked for a total of 25 thousand years could get 25 thousand ~3 yuan compensation."

According to Yang Qianwu's introduction, one of the five former employee complaints cases lodged a complaint first, but the labor supervision department suggested that the resignation staff should apply for labor arbitration on the grounds that both parties did not have sufficient evidence to prove their claims.

After the open letter incident, Gucci China has not responded positively to the complaints made by these employees.

Therefore, some people in the industry believe that these employees can not exclude the possibility of obtaining compensation through labor disputes.

According to the industry, the disputes between employees of Gucci China and Shenzhen are not universal. If employees in all cities in Gucci China are such companies, a shop can not represent the company's behavior. It is very likely that the contradictions among the employees in the store are intensifying and result in the present results.

"All the regulations of foreign companies are unified. There is no way to manage a store.

Labor disputes are more common in China, and Gucci is a foreign company. It will not cause trouble for itself. It is likely that the solution is to compensate employees for more trouble.

Insiders: This is not a case.

In the face of the labor dispute between the luxury brand and its employees, a luxury industry insider told our reporter: "this is not a case."

According to the personage, due to the rapid expansion of luxury brands in China, the stores will be opened immediately after the decoration is completed, and the formaldehyde in the shop has not evaporated. The staff in the store will have hidden dangers under such conditions.

"Moreover, most of the luxury brands are imported from the relatively large and famous shopping malls, so the supervision is not very strong. Similar things have been in existence for many years, and the actual situation may be far more serious than this, and it is not limited to a brand."

    These people added.

At the same time, Ouyang Kun, China's chief representative of the World Luxury Association, believes that the rigid rules and regulations of luxury brands for employees are due to the neglect of luxury brands and systematic and sound training for their employees.

"Luxury brands require highly qualified personnel when recruiting, but there is basically no systematic post training after they are recruited. In this case, there may be many mistakes."

    Ouyang Kun pointed out.

In contrast, it is the training of luxury brands in foreign countries to improve the training of workers. Why is there such a difference? Ouyang Kun analysis: "luxury consumption in Europe is the first place in culture. Therefore, special attention is paid to personnel training, but most Chinese consumers are concerned about prices and whether they can buy them. Therefore, luxury brands are accustomed to simple trading activities and expand too much, but management and personnel training are not keeping pace with them.

And the trainer needs the cost, and the brand tries to keep these costs down. "
