Xue Hua, a staff member who took part in the complaint, revealed to the newspaper: "in the past few years, there have been staff members who sent out a lawyer's letter to Gucci to ask for overtime payment in the past few years. Most of the complaints were ended by Gucci employees and employees, but most of the employees who left their posts before 2010 were compensated.
