The entrepreneurs' confidence index of information pmission computer services and software industry, wholesale and retail industry was 159.8 and 143 respectively, and the high level ratio fell 3.7 and 1.2 points; the social service industry, construction industry and industrial entrepreneurs' confidence index were 138.1, 131.8 and 125.8, respectively, which fell 1.4, 7.2 and 3.1 points over the two quarter.

The confidence of entrepreneurs in all registered enterprises is also not optimistic.

In the three quarter, entrepreneurs' confidence index of Limited by Share Ltd, foreign investment enterprises, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment enterprises, state-owned enterprises, limited liability companies, private enterprises, collective enterprises and joint-stock cooperative enterprises were down, with an amplitude of 2~6.

Similar to the results released by the National Bureau of statistics, the first China SME confidence index released yesterday was 47.37, indicating that the confidence index of SMEs in the future is also weak.

An expected median of 14 economists showed that China's GDP growth in the third quarter was only 9.2%, up from 9.5% in the second quarter and 9.7% in the first quarter.
