Gaoyang County sewage treatment plant deputy director Li Bian Po proudly said.

The director went to a machine and twisted the water pipe open. The clear water came out loud.

"Textile printing and dyeing water requires very high water quality, exceeding the tap water that people usually drink.

The quality of reclaimed water treated by reclaimed water in our workshop is better than that stipulated by the state.

It is understood that Gaoyang sewage treatment plant covers an area of 398 mu, the total investment of the project is 396 million yuan, the construction lasted 4 years and 8 months, supporting the underground pipe network 94.5 kilometers.

Among them, the first phase of the project was launched in 2008, and the two phase of the project was completed in May 2011, after successful operation.

Sewage treatment plant daily processing capacity of life and industrial printing and dyeing wastewater can reach 140 thousand tons, becoming the largest county level sewage treatment plant in Hebei province.

Gaoyang County, while vigorously promoting the construction of sewage treatment plants, has vigorously developed the circular economy and launched the construction of a textile recycling economic zone with sewage treatment, boiler pformation and water reuse dyeing.

After the completion of the park, the gas and electricity produced by the boiler modification project will be supplied to the printing and dyeing enterprises in the park, and the sewage produced by printing and dyeing will be treated centrally. The treated water will be used for dyeing or irrigation, and the sludge produced by the sewage treatment will be used for incineration and power generation, thus realizing the "dry clean" of the polluted water.

"Stain" has become a "bright spot", which has solved the worries behind the development of the textile industry in this county.
