The New Generation Of Textile Equipment Is Included In The National Science And Technology Support Plan.
In 2007, the Ministry of science and technology supported the textile machinery industry. leading Development reflects the role of science and technology leader and science and technology innovation. After investigation, analysis and demonstration, a new generation of textile equipment has been set up in key projects of national science and technology support program.
This project aims at the implementation of high-tech equipment and aims to upgrade the textile industry. The project includes a variety of key technologies for textile machinery, including the modern design of some key parts and supporting parts. Precise Manufacturing technology, and giving some online testing, digitalization, Intelligent control System and other key technologies.
The project has 9 topics, including 21 textile machinery manufacturing enterprises, employing units, tertiary institutions and research institutes. It embodies the close combination of production, learning, research, technology alliance and production, learning, research and application.
The project includes a digital monocular self leveling drawing frame, which is undertaken by Hubei Tianmen textile machinery company. Through scientific and technological research, direct servo drive mode of self leveling technology, MBB digital module technology, online detection and control technology, functional module technology and low inertia structure technology in the drawing frame are used and promoted, leading the development direction of new technology of drawing frame.
The project includes a digital multi axle servo driven cotton comber jointly undertaken by Shanghai first textile machinery company and Donghua University. Through tackling key problems, the key technology of cotton comber has made breakthroughs and applied for three national patent technologies.
The project includes the development of intelligent electromechanical integration shuttleless loom jointly undertaken by China Textile machinery company and Shijiazhuang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. After the overall design of the new electromechanical rapier loom and the successful trial production of the prototype, the technical requirements were met by users and tested, reflecting well. The trial production of intelligent electromechanical air-jet loom has been completed, and users are trying and weaving. The key technology of the shuttleless loom has been realized by laying a solid foundation for the development of the new shuttleless loom.
The project includes the research and development of intelligent knitting machinery control system and equipment jointly undertaken by Jiangsu Haiyuan computerized flat knitting machine factory, Fujian Huian Tissot Pml Precision Mechanism Ltd, Zhejiang daily textile machinery company and Donghua University. Aiming at the multi-function computer automatic flat knitting machine in knitting machinery, the key technology of double sided vertical thread adjusting computerized jacquard weft knitting machine, single side and double side seamless knitting underwear machine and high performance computer transfer machine has achieved good results. {page_break}
The project includes the automatic rotor spinning machine undertaken by Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. and the modern automatic continuous cotton production line. Through scientific and technological research, the automatic rotor spinning machine in this project has been completed, and the rotor speed has reached 150 thousand revolutions / points, and the yarn speed has reached 250 meters / minute. The ten thousand ingot production demonstration line is started from the blowing carding machine. The key technologies are tackled through the separation of foreign fibers, high-speed parallel drawing, combing, roving, full tube automatic conveying, automatic doffing compact spinning, identification winder and winding automatic winding machine and spinning workshop network monitoring and management system. At present, the linkage test operation is continuing. From the preliminary test data analysis, the effect is good. The quality of the dry yarn quality has reached the requirements of 2007, 5 to 15%, and the number of 10000 spindles is 30.
The project includes the research of fabric inkjet printing nozzle and equipment undertaken by Hangzhou Honghua digital Polytron Technologies Inc, and intelligent, waterless and non net printing equipment undertaken by Dandong unique textile Co., Ltd. At present, the independently developed digital jet printing equipment and independently developed sprinkler can be used in the digital jet printing machine, and the printing speed can reach 140 square meters / time under the 300DPI precision. It has entered the stage of industrialization promotion. No water and no screen printing is also improving the process test.
The project includes smooth and continuous production process control detection and automatic distribution system, such as Hangzhou Kaiyuan Computer Technology Co., Ltd., Changzhou Hongda Electric Co., Ltd., Tai'an Kangping Nu Mao Textile Group and Machinery Science Research Institute, etc., and the progress of scientific and technological research on the automatic real-time flower printing system and the digital cheese dyeing machine and the complete sets of equipment is relatively smooth, and the effect is good.
The project includes the PLA's industrial equipment and nonwovens equipment jointly undertaken by the China Textile Industry Design Institute and Shanghai synthetic fiber research institute. The process line is relatively long, from polyacid dehydration oligomerization, melt crystallization, propylene polymerization ring opening polymerization, and twin-screw devolatilization until the continuous simulation of propylene glycol polymerization. This set of equipment can form a complete set of polylactic acid fiber processing equipment with an annual output of 6000 tons. Polylactic acid can also extend to downstream products to form nonwoven production line and form polylactic acid fiber products. The first half of this project has been successfully simulated by the China Textile Industrial Design Institute. With its own software technology, the second half of this project is Nonwovens Technology and equipment, and the Shanghai synthetic fiber Research Institute of nonwovens production technology and equipment has been completed.
The project includes tackling key technologies and equipment for high-speed spinning, winding and elastic spinning of polyester microfiber, jointly undertaken by the Chinese Academy of textile science, Dalian synthetic fiber research institute, Jiangsu Hongyuan Textile machinery company and Jiangsu Shenyang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. The project is undertaken by 4 units, which are part of the upstream and downstream products division, with a long processing route and also affected by market fluctuations. However, due to the successful cooperation between the undertaking units and organizational coordination, good results have been achieved.
The implementation of the project has been strongly supported by state funds and policies. In this project, the state allocated 48 million 250 thousand yuan, plus technology loans and enterprise self financing, and invested as much as 235 million yuan. These funds are used for product research and cutting-edge technology practice, and can promote the development of science and technology.
